Poor lulu. We found the manuka honey ointment worked really quickly when our Star had an e-coli infection after leg amputation. Hope lulu is feeling better soon xx

Lulu had a large lump on her bottom which has had to be removed. It was bigger than first thought which has left a large hole. The result is a very unhappy hound going to the vets on a daily basis at the moment. To day there has been some improvement so she now has a honey dressing but still needs to go back tomorrow.

Poor Lulu, I am sure she Is getting lots of tlc. Xxx

Lulu went to the vets today for a tooth removal. Unfortunately it turned out to be more than one, so Lulu now has the same number of teeth as Sunny has legs.

I'm so pleased. It was lovely to meet her on the Stratford Walk. Xx :-)

Lulu is now home and loving it.

Lulu arrived on Sunday and all was going well till a bird gat trapped in the conservatory need I say more.
She has made herself at home and the three legged despot thinks she is OK. After Sunday night in a camp bed she now has a new bed, used by all, and has been fine no problems at all.

Sunday went fine with Lulu all was nice and settled, then a bird got stuck in the conservatory, need I say more.
Lulu has now settled and the three legged despot thinks she is OK. We have not got the right mix of food correct as yet but we are getting there. After spending the first night in a "camp bed" she now has a new bed which she likes to stay in along with Saffy who is much happier lying down than standing up.

So pleased for Lulu! Xxx

I hope my little Lulu has found her forever home.Pete and Jan helped on the Stratford street collection so met Lulu last week, she has been a perfect girl at mine and I'm sure she will be for Jan and Pete .they have a fawn girl greyhound and a 3 legged mixed breed that Lulu got on really well with. Thank you both for helping Lulu and I hope her light turns green very soon. See you at the next awareness love Caz Max and Gracie. Lulu is not old......my gorgeous George had a lovely life until he was nearly sixteen years old. And I lost him over the course of one day when his legs just decided they needed to have a much longer rest than usual. So please don't discount Lulu because she is a little older than some of the others.....it is important I believe to make the most of every day and not just count them. xxxx

Lulu worked very hard at Stratford Street Collection,trying to find her forever home, everyone said she was lovely and friendly but too old bless her.I'm sure someone out there will find a loving space in there home for her, hope it's soon xxxxxx

Lulu has really settled well, fallen in love with Max, as they all do. She is a perfect guest but would love her own home, come on someone must want a companion that's so well behaved, funny and very loving, take no notice of her age she is the most agile girl for 10 yrs love from CMGL

Lulu is a sweet girl and I agree with Lady Victoria she has a lovely bouncy personality you wouldn't think she is 10 yrs old. Lulu gets on with the other Greys that are staying with me this week, she's eating well and loves going for her walk. She is such a lovely girl I really hope she finds her own sofa and home soon she would be no trouble except for wanting lots of cuddles and looking pleadingly in to your eyes with love and affection xxxx

Caroline that's brilliant news that you are going to foster this lovely lady. She must wonder what on earth is going on, but with you and some doggy companions life will soon be ok again. xx

I brought Lulu home with me tonight as she was so unsettled last night in her kennel - she was still panting and pacing at midnight as I could see her on the camera on her kennels. However her kennel was clean this morning and she has settled well at ours. She is off to her foster home tomorrow with Caroline - I am so thankful she doesn't have to stay at the kennels as this little lady is used to home comforts but I hope she finds a home soon to call her own again.

Caroline your an amazing lady she will love being with you max Gracie xx

It is so heart breaking when any dog comes back into kennels after living in a home but especially so when they are one of the older ones, I am so sad to read about Lulu, Blade and Harry, its looking like Bertie is happier as an , only dog', he gets upset when we have another dog round for a long peroid of time, otherwise I would be so tempted with Blade or Lulu, I just hope that thier stay isnt too long , but I know that they will have lots of love and attension whilst they are at Daybreaks.
