Thanks for info. While our greys are racing their welfare is extremely important to us. When they retire nothing changes regarding their welfare that is why we put them in Daybreaks Kennels because we know Ruth and everyone else are so dedicated. We all shed a tear when we have to retire them and smile with happiness when they get a lovely home, only sorry we could not have kept them at home ourselves - if we did we would have 30 by now!!! Rosa was chosen by a couple in Nottinghamwho have anothyer greyhound from a different branch of RGT. She has not stayed with her foster family even though the foster family were VERY SAD to see her go (foster family had only had her since xmas day). Hence her being on trial to see if she gets on with the couples other grey before committing fully.... As everyone knows we take the interests of all the greys we home as our first priority. xxx.

Why is it that one minute you are reserved and then on trial?

Just to echo the comments made by Steve and Sue, Rosa was a joy to be with today at Pets at Home. She is the most loving and affectionate girl with a tail that doesn't stops wagging. Everyone today was delighted by her sweet nature and she was exceptionally well behaved. Intrigued by several small dogs she met during the day, by the end of the event she was nose to nose with a terrier, showing only curiosity - good girl. All the cuddles we had with you today Rosa just weren't enough - you are a really beautiful girl and whoever gives you the loving home you deserve is going to be very lucky. xxxx

I met the beautuful, lovely and absolutely delightful Rosa bafore she went out on foster. She was so affectonate and looked at everyone as if to say is this what I need to do. She was with the people she was going out to foster with but still came to the bars in the run and gave me loads of kisses. Please someone give this lovely little girl a home. Xx

Met this beautiful, gentle,loving little lady today at Pets at Home. She was an absolute star and it is very easy (too easy !!!!.) to fall in love with her. Anyone who is looking for a lady to join their family will not go wrong in choosing this beauty. So come on everybody, lets make this a very Happy Christmas for Rosa and find her a forever home in time for the festive season.

When you said Foster on Saturday I laughed. Like you said, she chose you. I will watch this space. Oh and my Sarah was a Harry racer dog too. She has been great too. It's a sign I foresee (green one I hope!!!!!).

She's a great dog, so loving She's settled down very quickly, I think I've already made up my mind (wink wink, watch this space) Harryracer she'll have a lovely Christmas & I know she'll get spoiled rotten lol found 3 videos of her racing which is nice to see.

I was at the kennels on Saturday when Rosa's foster parents came to see her. She is just so lovely, she came over to the bars of the run a couple of times and I had some lovely kisses, the straight back to her "Parents" sides. I really hope that you end out as being another failed foster story, especially coming up to Christmas. Will keep checking for updates, and a change in colour of your banner on your picture from blue to GREEN!!!

When Rosa raced for us, she won our hearts and it was a very difficult decision to put her in Daybreaks Kennels but we were up to full limit at home. Everyone at the Racing Kennels were upset to see her go. She is a very special girl and thankyou to her "foster" parents for giving her a lovely Christmas. Hope all goes well. Luv Harryracer.

Rosa arrived home with us Saturday afternoon, enjoyed exploring the house upstairs & down, she's such a lovely affectionate girl, giving us both plenty of hugs & kisses, settled down really well with our budgie Merlin, eats all her dinners & even goes to the back door to let us know when she wants the toilet, she's already winning our hearts over.

Rosa was very happy to go off with her foster family today...although she was a little miffed about having to miss dinner at the kennels! Sure she has been spoilt rotton tonight. :)) Xxx

Beautiful bouncy Rosa! Just walking past her kennel (she's in with Paddy) wasn't enough for this little lady today and both myself and John spent time with these two gorgeous gorgeous greys. Rosa is so bubbly and excited to get fuss (& also give it... washing John's face, glasses & hands several times over!). Fingers crossed that your own 'forever family' will very soon walk through Daybreaks gate sweetie. Tx

Isn't she the most lovely of dogs? One of our absolute favourites - fantastic with people of all ages. Great with other dogs - nuzzled a German Shepherd at the vets. Whoever is lucky enough to have our Rosa as a pet will have a wonderful dog. We are only sorry that we are up to our limit of greys at home otherwise Rosa would have been top of our list for keeping.
