After the sad news of the passing of Hesky yesterday, Vince and Rachel have asked me to reserve Gertie as a new companion for Cain. Fabulous news after so much sadness recently xxxx

Gertie has a new kennel mate...she is sharing with the very handsome Shaw. They do make a great pair, both very happy and bouncy! :) Xxx

A big cuddle for Gertie tonight. She is a smashing little girl who really needs her forever home. She does tend to bark a lot when visitors two legged and four legged arrive at the kennels; but she has met Sara's two non Greyhound boys, Charlie and Louis and was great with them. She is very young and just needs a little help to understand the big wide world. She has the potential to be a fantastic pet! Xxx

What a very pretty girl...sorry to hear she has been very sick after her neutering operation. Ruth went home with lots of fresh towels and bedding this afternoon. Hope Gertie and Mimi are feeling better tonight. Xxx

Well Gertie, if you,ve never raced you certainly wont be at Daybreaks very long, our first Grey Bridget was a failed racer and she was so sweet and placid, very easy but still full of bounce and fun due to her age. You are very pretty too, good luck baby xxxx
