After almost 6 years spent in racing kennels Ace is now beginning to explore the big wide world.
On Sunday she was at the Stratford Walk and has today visited Elmdon Park.
She has no problems whatsoever when meeting other greyhounds or larger other breeds. Caution is still needed when small fluffys approach her. Not real aggression but she can try to give a warning nip. She travels well in the car and could certainly live with other greyhounds.
Lets hope that home arrives for her before too long.

Ace is beginning to relax at the kennels. She comes out of her kennel on her own now instead of having to be coaxed off her bed. When Linda met her today everytime she stopped fussing her Ace would put her paw out for more...Linda just couldn't resist her and ended up staying quite some time! If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet and very loving girl, Ace is perfect. Xxx

I met Ace today when I popped into the kennels. Oh my goodness she is gorgeous and just wanted quiet fuss and cuddles. I wished I could have put her in the car there and then but we are strictly a 2 dog family. I've sent her my cuddle but I might just have to call in again for some real cuddles with her. I hope someone falls for her very soon xx

Ace is still very quiet and subdued. :( Uncle Norman is hoping to take her along to the Stratford Walk tomorrow in the hope it might cheer her up. You never know someone might see her and fall for this special girl. Xxx

I met Ace today. She is an incredibly sweet and gentle girl. She is a little uncertain of her new surroundings at the moment, poor lass. You just want to cuddle her all day long. Do hope she won't have to wait too long for her forever home. Xxx

The first greyhound that chose me was a wonderful girl called Ace - who started my love affair with these wonderful hounds. That was twenty years ago. Here's hoping that this girl brings the same joy to her new owners when she finds them xxx
