Paul and I were so very sorry to read this devastating news. Fay was the first other other greyhound we met in the park shortly after we got Lola so we will always remember her too. I'm desperately sorry to tell you all that Fay (Gloria) passed away yesterday due to aggressive bone cancer.

It was my first time at the Fun Day yesterday and I had a wonderful time. To see so many greyhounds in one place is amazing. Fay and Jaylo came 2nd in the matching brace and Fay came 3rd in the 6-7 year old class. I gave actual cuddles to Ronnie, Lucy and Janey. They behaved beautifully and are so gentle and good natured. If only I had a bigger house.....

Hi Fay & family
nice to meet you today. I think the rest Lola had while we were chatting did her the power of good and she had a good old run afterwards. We went into the nature reserve and she had great fun in the long grass - she springs about like a gazelle - it's quite comical!
She is really tired tonight after spending the rest of the day helping with our gardening efforts then another run tonight so she has been dreaming big style on her duvet!
Hope to see you again next time we venture to Malvern Park on a Sunday morning.

Fay has been with us for five months. She walks on a lead beautifully and enjoys a good stroll around the local area twice a day. She has a play in the garden, this is the only time that we hear her bark and she loves it if you play with her. She tries to get the cat to play with her but the cat sits there looking at her bemused.

Fay loves to say hello to each of us when we come home including the cat. The cat often walks around with her fur sticking up where Fay has walked past and gave the cat a quick lick. Both of them get on well and will often share Fays bed although sleeping at opposite ends.

Having Fay with us is brilliant. When she is flaked out on her bed fast asleep she looks so peaceful. When you play with her in the garden she looks happy and full of life. When she says hello she smiles at you and wags her tail and you cannot help but smile and fuss her to show how pleased you are that she is there.

We worked hard to get to know her and her ways and she is learning our ways as well but the effort is worth it.

Just to let you know that Fay has settled in really well. She is so loving and relaxed. Her personality is starting to come through and we all love her to bits.

I have just taken Gloria to her new home..... albeit late on an evening, by the time I had done her paperwork, she was asleep on the lounge floor and ignoring the beautiful Siamese cat she is to share her home with. Good luck Fay (your new name)..... you are a lucky girl. x

Gloria is lovely, she came over for some fuss when we went to collect Alfie and she's so beautiful! I doubt she'll be at the kennels much longer.
