Just a quick update to let you all know that things are still going great! Kiera is eating well, is well behaved and learning very quickly. She is still a little reluctant on the lead, sitting down at one point, but generally she trots along with lady, shoulder to shoulder. It is an absolute pleasure to have them! Thank you. XX

You are now officially ours girl, and we are all so happy! Ruth asked me today how come i'm not insane with all the kids and animals - well I probably am, but i wouldn't have it any other way!! I think everyone that knows Ruth and Rob will join me in commending the fantastic job that THEY do - you are very special people and we are so honoured to be a part of what you do. Keep up the great work guys and see you all very soon!! Thank you. XXX

We've had a fun week with three dogs and a cat in the house, not to mention the five kids! Kiera is fab. She has started to feel her feet now and is getting cheekier by the day. She is woofing at us and playing with the toys. She loves a cuddle and we get lots of waggy tail and sloppy licks. She is a greedy guts though and tries to eat everyones food, but amazingly, Lady is eating more since Kiera arrived!! It's lovely to see. I think she is very happy to see another greyhound, although she really does love Ebony. Welcome to your forever home Kiera - we couldnt let you go now!! XX

Max,Peg & I met Brodie's mum over the park today, she was saying how good she is & how well she's settled in. I expect I'll see Brodie out with her new sisters quite a bit as they all live quite close to us, so that'll be nice.

Lol. I was doing exactly the same thing this morning taking Bugs out!! First time I'd walked him since weekend everyone else beat me to it. I was singing to him at one point! Bless!! xx

That reminds me a little bit of Sadie when we first had her. She started slowing down then eventually she would just stop dead in her tracks. I expect it was all a bit overwhelming for her, and I can't say what we did to help her, but it just suddenly started being alright again. I don't know if it helps, but I am always nattering away to the dogs when we go out for a walk, so maybe chatting along to her will help set her at ease? Em x

How lovely!! My neighbours regularly see me (and my dainty girl Molly) being pulled behind my 35kg Reggie when he decides he wants to sniff a tree etc. Ill swop you, (only joking) or maybe?? No love him too much!! lol xx

Oh, we've just had a lovely walk! Kiera kept up the whole time, no worries. I think maybe she was just exhausted from all the excitement of the previous day - what with moving from trainer, to kennel, to cat test and then to home and new family. It's hardly any wonder really is it?! Good girl - you are doing so well. Waggie tails all round. XX

We are really doing well and we are so thrilled. Kiera (as she is now known) has really settled into home life well. Just one little prob so far - she is a bit of a reluctant walker! She is keen to go and starts off fine, but just a little way up the road, starts to lag behind the other two and we have to keep on encouraging her to catch up!! Its not that she's not walking, just dead slow!! Any tips please anyone? Otherwise we are doing great! :-D XX

Just done my first walk on my own - everyone else at work, school or college! I got myself a bit tangled up with the 3 of them, and spent more time picking up poo than walking, but I love it!! HAVING A BALL!! XX

What a busy day today!! Getting on really well with Ebony and Lady, have enjoyed a lovely walk altogether and not bothered at all with Ellie the cat. Had loads of fuss from everyone and had a good nosey around her new home. Fast asleep now!! :-D
