Thank you so much for giving one of mindys offspring a home. She is certainly a lady to admire - she is as tough as old boots. I hope Melissa gives you as much pleasure as Matey did - every greyhound has its own personality and I am sure she she will help you cope with your sad loss.

Sending all my luv to marcella n Alan. I saw matey just the other day wen marcella brought him to the kennels. I am so sad 4 him n his family. Do they kno wot caused this to happen? Another beautiful greyhound taken too soon. Thinking of u both. X

Melissa has just been reserved by two of my very special friends; Marcella and Alan.
Last night their precious greyhound Matey who was just 7 years old died suddenly. They are understandably devastated, as both Rob and I are and Foxy who was Matey's best friend as they used to run around together when Foxy stopped with Marcella and Alan.
Melissa is Matey's half sister, sharing the lovely Icemaid Mindy as mum. I hope she brings as much joy to their lives as Matey did as he was a very special boy who will be really really missed by many people. Run free Matey - with many tears and much love from Auntie Ruth xxxxx
