Grace you are a very lucky girl a lovely new mum and dad and what with Dan keeping a watchful eye over his princess life is going to be wonderful for you! You have waited so long for a home I am so happy for you.

I was down today until close, and I got to meet the little Princess' future parents. They were lovely sweet people. They live out near Rugby, and have a big place - they used to own Great Danes. The Lady was very keen on her and is home all day. I have no doubt she'll get a lot of cuddles. They are definitely typical dog people. They think it won't be long before baby cakes is on the bed. They even invited me down to do the home search and to visit! They'll visit and whenever they are on holiday I can foster her for a week! So mixed feelings, but very pleased for her. I think they may come tomorrow, so I'll be down there to see her off. Then I'll need a new focus.....how about it Katie!?

Hopefully some pics will make their way onto her profile soon! At the moment I'm trying to foster her as much as possible. I think I can have her again the week after next. I'll be down on the weekend, and I'll try to volunteer for a fair few days next week so it won't be too much of a wrench for her to be back at DB. I'll miss her morning stretch-trumps. I think Aimee is right! I am being manipulated by this dastardly, cute, affectionate, clever (devilishly), and soppy little date.....there I go again. I think I have a terminal case of Graceitous. x

Saw some brilliant pics of 'Princess Grace' at her foster home today :D .. and heard that she has put Dan firmly in his place as her royal servant lol she's brilliant! :D xxx

Grace I hope you continue to behave yourself in your foster home just remember ignore those cats and make friends with Megan and Sally and who knows what might happen.

Princess Grace of Sutton Coldfield is very well. She has been subjected to a lot of TLC, which she has found very tiring. She has been very keen on checking out her foster home, although she doesn't like going up stairs, she zooms down them. Its a bit of a dilemma for her, since she adores my upstairs bed and did her very best to shove me out of it last night. Settled down in her own bed, was good as gold. She watched Crufts last night, and poked the T.V a few times. A few child-like moments on her walk today, but very well behaved. Has been introduced to Megan and Sally, and the bad tempered Moggy, Rosie. Everything went fine okay, though the look on the cats face was priceless.

Grace really enjoyed her walk yesterday and didn't want to go back in her run.She really needs a home of her own now where she can become part of a family and enjoy life outside of a kennel.

Grace is a lovely girl, she would make a wonderful only child, she is getting better with other breeds, one of the volunteers commented yesterday that she took no notice of a small black dog she passed o her walk and she just carried on walking past. Good girl Gracie! she is very loving, and if someone is looking for a little princes to spoil - here is your girl! xxx

Grace also behaved amazingly tday at the dog behaviour session with Lucy. I only heard one growl n she was great around all the other dogs. We just need t do some more socialization with her n other dogs but she'll get there n she really loves her fuss. Well done t u aswel Grace. X

Grace has been such a quiet girl all night :-) She has slept well in the cage and is now out - muzzle firmly in place and wagging her tail! She is just gorgeous but will definitely suit a home where she is an 'only child!'

ok.... she looked at me as I was closing the kennels and had to bring her home with me! Grace can be a little grumpy with others so she told all my greys off on arrival but with her muzzle on she was no real threat! She has settled amazingly in the large cage we have here in our kitchen away from ours. It is strange how she can be so stressed in a kennel at Daybreaks but so very very settled in a cage here! She is a real sweetheart x
