The Midland Greyhound Ball, Birmingham Metropole Hotel

This event is held every year and awards are given out for services to 'The Greyhound Industry'. This includes the 'Midland Racing Greyhound of the Year, The Trainer of the Year and Home Finder of the Year (this relates to the Retired Greyhound Trust Midlands). For Home Finder of the Year each of the Midland branches of the RGT put forward their nominee and for the the last 2 years we at Perry Barr Greyhound Trust have had the honour of winning this award. In 2007 Ruth Boswell won and in 2008 Pam Dewar won. How excited we all were and very proud to have won this award within 3 years of opening our 'Daybreaks Kennels', the home of Perry Barr Greyhound Trust. Dress: Evening Dress / Black Tie.  Tickets are available to purchase £35 per head for a four course dinner.  Reception 6.00pm - Dinner 6.30pm - Carriages 1.00pm. Dance to  Chris Poole and the Shades
