Tony is having a good look round the house and sprinted up the stairs like a pro! Now likes the smell of hubbies whisky. Everything very new for him so fingers crossed only responds to the call "dinner" so far lol. Nina not bothered at all except when he got her squeaky out of the box, but didn't try to take it off him sensible girl! I had a job think he would rather have had his teeth pulled out than let go. Come on guys someone give Marty a chance now of a home or at least a trial.

'My boys' - Roy and Saddle are so intelligent and I think this is why they get stressed at the kennels (especially Saddle) as they love the mental stimulation. I have now trained them to recall in the sand run and next week we have several trips to the park planned for our next step of training. I love them so much.....

Tony came home with me last night - oh my goodness..... what an amazing little fella he is. He had a sniff around and then settled - he was an absolute dream all night. Today he has gone out on foster for a trial to see how he gets on with Nina's owners.... we will keep you posted. 🙂

Happy 8th birthday to my gorgeous black hound Max, still acts like a puppy, loves his toys and still spins round sending rugs flying. Yes it will be fish and chips tonight as is tradition on birthdays and gotcha days or maybe fishcakes and potatoes. Xx

Um black greyhounds? Well Florence our beautiful, gorgeous girl is ........ BLACK. She attracts a fan club wherever she goes, has grown in confidence and brings joy to our lives. Why did we choose a black hound? We didn't. We let the hound choose us. I knew it was Florence the minute I saw her picture and so it was. We didn't mind which colour or gender, just the right fur baby for our family! So don't over look any hound and don't pick you new buddy just because of the way it looks. As the say "don't judge a book by its cover". xxx
