I went to Cubs for the first time tonight, mom says she is very proud of me! I met lots of small people wearing green and they stroked me and gave me treats while mom told them all about where greyhounds come from, what we need to be healthy and what we are like. I liked the bit where she told them I'm faster than Usain Bolt! Dib dib dib! Florence xx

I enjoyed my walk with Rebel today. He really is super and has so much potential. I think that when he gets settled into his new home and learns what an interesting place the outside (of kennels) world is he will really show what a loving and bright hound he is. Duke seems to love everyone he meets. He's so affectionate - I had trouble getting out of his kennel today- I didn't want to leave him (and the equally delightful Annie). I think he will make a brilliant friend to whoever decides to adopt him. xxxx

This gorgeous young lady is a joy to be with. As stated by others, she is very generous with her kisses. When I put her back in her kennel today she gently put her head on my lap for me to stroke and fuss her - who could resist that gentle face. xxxxx

Absolutely devastating and heartbreaking. Take solace that they still together and running free and with no more pain. I truly hope that one day when you are ready that you will once again be able to open your heart and your home to another deserving grey and give them the love and care that you gave to Daisy and Rossi.
