Loving tonys stories! Think greediness just comes with the greyhound territory! We think jet is a bullmastiff cross as since we've had him has developed drooling at the table...big long drools down his face...it's delightful at the dinner table! Xxx

Well having finally got some breakfast which Tony didn't spot I thought I fancied a piece of wholemeal bread with ginger marmalade, unfortunately for me so did he.LOL Oh well Ces't la vie. Just been out to water my patio pots and see Tony has done them all for me !!! Now fast asleep dreaming of MY next meal no doubt. Bless

Ashley has been a good boy again today. His visit to Charlie in Tamworth went ok. and we will see how they are at our house on Wednesday. Charlie is such a brilliant confident dog and Ashley is quite laid back. I don't think they'll be a problem if we are able to manage them well . xxx

Just had a lovely walk in Babbs Mill Park with Florence! So good to see her again, it’s been a while since we had a walk together. Why is it so hot. I was really thirsty at the end of my walk. My family offered me water, but did I take it? No! I am silly aren’t I. Who drinks out of funny things like that. I like drinking from a metal bowl! They don’t understand haha! Barney Xx Ps I have finally mastered jumping in the car. Took long enough!

Rory was having so much fun in the paddling pool this morning. He gently took each toy out of the pool and carried it off into the back kennel and dropped it on the bed - until he got to a bone which had sunk to the floor of the pool. He was pawing at the water trying to get it, tried to pick it up with his teeth but didn't like putting his nose under water, and eventually it tipped on end and he got it out - full marks for perseverance!! He then discovered it was great fun to "dig up" the water, just like he was scratching in the dirt, and water was flying everywhere!! He was having an absolute ball and it was such a joy to see him so happy and playful - no wonder he's exhausted now bless him, he's had a busy time. Just LOVE this boy and I think he's going to be my next screensaver, big cuddles. xxx
