I walked Tony With Nancy today. Once again he was a joy to walk, stopping when required, no pulling just patiently waiting until we could walk on again. If awards were given for patience this handsome boy would have a shed full. He is a very special lad xxx

Nancy is such a lovely friendly young dog. After spending five minutes with her in her kennel, I felt as if I'd been through a car wash!! She just can't stop giving kisses. xxxxx

Bless her, think we have all been in that situation, I was at the vet with my Grey Jack on Friday, he was the biggest dog there, he was quivering like a jelly and crying like a baby, lol, they do keep us entertained don't they? Xxx

Saw Tony yesterday he greeted us with a waggy tail! When we left he had such sad eyes. Hope he gets his forever home soon. He really deserves it, he is a super lad.

Well Lottie went for her vaccination yesterday. We duly signed in and when our name was called went to go into the consulting room at which point Lottie put the brakes on. Now Lottie is a big girl and when her bum hits the floor it’s rather difficult to get her up. I was pulling the vet was pushing and the waiting room was in giggles as Lottie made her rather less than elegant way into the room polishing the floor with said bum. Oh the joy of greyhounds never a dull moment they will always make you laugh.

It was amazing to see the gang today in the run, we had so much fun! I loved the fuss and cuddles I got from all the big people, especially Auntie Kate xxxx Mom tried to get me to see if I liked Duke, I wasn't interested because I could tell the tall man liked him and I think he's going to be Duke's new daddy - way to go Duke! Hoping to see everybody again soon. Lubs Florence xx

Well I have been very quiet on here recently. That’s because nothing has really happened. We have another hamster in the house because a cat was being mean to him. That’s about it. Oh yeah, I went to Daybreaks today to have a run. I actually ran! Last time I just walked around like a loner but today I ran and just followed the group. I also had another pamper session I wish that noisy hairdryer goes away. Apart from that it was good. When I got home I realised I had a biscuit. I took it out of the bag and got my nose stuck while I was at it! Not going to lie I did look very funny. It was great to see the gang again and of course it was great to see all the volunteers. I had a lot of cuddles especially from Auntie Kate. It’s always great to see her. I can be your shredder if you want but my daddy said you will have to pay! Can’t wait for the next time I meet up with the gang! I’ll talk to you all soon! Barney Xx

Susie spent Wednesday night with us this week after her spay. She was very happy and tail waggy to start with, and then spent time wandering round the house to see the new sights. She didn't try and go upstairs but wasn't bothered when Paul and I went up to bed and she stayed downstairs with our 3 greys. She was a little growly with each of them initially but within minutes was fine and there was no problem at all the rest of the time. She is a lovely little girl, happily went into the garden to do her business, loved being fussed, and is very happy. Also very pretty!
