Last night was horrible. My leg turned into a balloon. I was walking on 3 legs. In the morning I had to stay in my bed I couldn’t move. My sister had to bring the water and food up to me. My sister decided I need to go for an emergency appointment so my dad rang up as soon as it opened. When my dad got home he put me in the car and we drove all the way to Moseley. We were there for about 2 hours. I had two injections. I had to wait 30 minutes in-between to make sure my leg is ok. My paw is no longer swollen and I can walk on it. My leg was cleaned and we went home. I am so tired. We have to go to the vets again tomorrow at 11:00. So that means there won’t be a walk with Florence tomorrow which is a bummer. My whole family were so worried about me. I suppose if it means I get better it is probably a good idea to go back so the vets can make sure it’s ok. Barney Xx

Happy late birthday Fletch, I am sorry I missed it but I bet you had lots of cuddles and treats with your mum and Skip and Lyra. I am busy lying upside down at the moment so I have dictated this to mum and she has kindly written it for me. And Mum says big black boys are tops! Lots of love from Moe xxxx

Cannot believe that 4 years ago today, our very first gorgeous grey Rosie jumped in our car and came home with us. To this day, still reckon she adopted us (well John really, their bond was instant as she snuggled up to him in her kennel at Daybreaks). She's opened up a whole new world to us, taught us a lot along the way, kept us fit (& quite often wet!!). To celebrate her 4th Gotcha Day, we've bought a new memory foam mattress that Rosie & Brae can lie on... which they've very kindly agreed we can use each evening!! Big hugs beautiful, Mom, Dad & fursis Brae xxxx

I think I need to change my name again. First a bleeding paw, now a bleeding leg. At the park I saw this squirrel. I decided to chase after it but that lead into a disaster. I cut myself on a bush which caused my led to bleed. When we got back to the car my daddy used some paw wipes to clean it up a bit. When I got home it started to bleed again so my sister was there at the door ready to sort it out. She quickly wiped it up again and put a white thing to put on the wound. She then stared to wrap a bandage around my leg. It’s kind of hard to walk but I have to get used to it. What a lot of drama. Barney Xx

Spent time with this lovely lad in his kennel today. He was very happy to lie on his bed and accept lots of ear rubs. He's an absolute delight and pleasure to walk:-)

This stunningly handsome hound is quite vocal in his kennel but he is just letting everyone know how gorgeous he is and how much love he can give if given the opportunity. He is a total cuddle monster:-)
