Poor Rocky - he just isn't happy..... his temperature is absolutely fine but he has lost his mojo. I am appealing for a foster home for this gorgeous boy. He is happier with larger breeds but excited with smaller dogs. He is clean in his kennel, loves cuddles and is just fed up with kennel life. Ruth using Kate's login!!!

Unfortunately Robbie is back with us..... a small dog that was off the lead ran up to Robbie whilst he was on his walk and pulled his owner over. She has fractured wrist and is out of action for a good while. Ruth using Kate's login!!! If there is anyone in the Wilnecote area of Tamworth who would be willing to help out with walking, this would mean he could stay at home. If you think you can help please call us as he is very sad to be back. He has been perfect in his new home which he had waiting so long for so we are desperate for help for him and his owner.

Daybreaks Diary!

Massive thanks to Angie for opening up. Ruth took Steve for his neutering and I collected him, everyone at the vets fell in love with him. Not so sure they will feel the same when they find out he had a massive wee up the vets car!!!! Thanks so much to Chris for covering the Kennels whilst I collected Steve, he ate all of his dinner when he got home. Thanks too to Angie for doing an early Daybreaks Diary. Xxx

I opened up bright and early this morning, and can award Truff Truff a silver star and all the other residents a gold star award for their kennels! Cleaning & breakfasts were done in good time today - well done all. Rocky is still a little under the weather, he didn’t eat much breakfast which is very unusual for him. A visit to the Vet is on the cards to see what’s going on. It was Steve’s turn at Fivelands for his neutering this morning, it is always so sad when they watch their pals eating breakfast and they can’t join in! I took the lovely Stacy out on the morning walk, she is understandably a little nervous of her new surroundings, but she was happy walking alongside Magic, and not overly bothered by the traffic noise. Hard to believe it’s February already - where is the time going?? I shall be raising a glass later to our boys & girls and wishing forever homes for them all soon. Stay safe and well everyone. Our lovely Rocky wasn't himself today. He didn't eat his breakfast, which is unheard of and he didn't really enjoy his morning walk. He had his temperature taken which thankfully was normal. He did eat his lunch and then spent the afternoon in the office, snuggled under the desk on a comfy bed. He has a Birthday card to open but we will wait until he feels better. Lots of love to our big lad Rocky. Xxx

Our latest new arrival is Stacy. Xxx A very pretty little girl. She was such a good girl while Shirley, Mary and Skye gave ger a bath. She has had a long racing career and now it's time she took a well earned rest and put her paws up on a nice comfy sofa. :)) Xxx
