The definition of a millisecond = the time between the fridge door opening and Lucy making a charge for the kitchen.

At the cafe in Bruton Park this morning, a very nice lady gave Snap some bacon from her sandwich. He enjoyed it so much that he was licking his lips for the next 10 minutes.

Well it's been a whole week since Jingle (who we've now name Pepper) joined our family and it couldn't have gone better. She loves Daisy and Daisy loves her. So lovely to see them playing together. Met a multitude of various breeds without issue. Has been clean throughout. Met all 5 grandchildren (aged 18 months up to 7 years) and was golden with them all. She has a wonderful, funny character which is starting to emerge. Thank you so much Ruth for your patience last week in helping us find the perfect match, which we most definitely did. Next week's test, the vets as her vaccinations are due. I'm sure she will be on her best behaviour though.

Well Isla you are now officially Rovers little sister and he is loving it! If anyone is unsure of having a second greyhound I recommend you trial the 2nd greyhound for a week. It took just 3 days for us to feel this was the right move and now we have 2 happy hounds and as a family we couldn't be more pleased! Thank you to Ruth Kate Jessica and Jill you have been so patient and very supportive.

Moe
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Moe has today been helping at the Pets at Home Stratford Awareness and collection. . He really is the most amazingly friendly dog and relished every bit of attention he received. He allowed small children to hug and fuss him and had no problems when meeting even the smallest of other breeds. He also travelled quietly and well in the car. A wonderful dog who was a joy to take out and at only just over 2 years of age will hopefully have many many years of happy retirement with the lucky family who are able to give him the forever home he richly deserves.

I would like to say a big thank you to Jess for Stevie's care package today and to Ruth for sorting his neck out! Although he didn't seem too keen on the bath and blow dry to start with he settled down. I think my other 3 definitely seemed to approve as he smells so lovely. Just what he needed after being so poorly after Christmas. I think that he feels better for a bit of pampering, he quite happily trotted down the drive and jumped straight into the car. Thanks again. Jo xx
