Archie (Gooner)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Just to give you an update on Archie (Gooner). He is a star - enjoying life with Molly chasing each other round the garden which has become a mini-racetrack. Ironically he and Molly are distant relations thanks to the sterling efforts of "I'm Slippy". He walks well on the lead but gets excited when meeting other people. Archie is so affectionate always up close looking for his cuddles and he has settled in well as part of the family. Frank and Mhoraig

Leona
Over the Rainbow Bridge
It is very strange but yesterday I felt the need to phone the owners who adopted Leona, just to check how she was. She was homed in February 2012 so I hoped her owner would understand a call out of the blue. It was so sad to hear that only that morning she had been rushed into the vets as she hadn't been well recently and I had a call late yesterday evening to tell me they had had to let her go. My thoughts are with her wonderful family who gave her a fabulous 4 years in a home and I know this little greyhound angel will always be near xxxxx

A cuddle for Tommy tonight...he was a good boy in the car on the way to the vets for his neutering operation today. When Ruth brought him back to the kennels this afternoon he wasn't quite with it, bless him. Sure he will feel better after a good nights sleep. Xxx
