We had a new arrival today, Danny a very handsome lad. He loved everyone both two legged and four legged! He has a very long tail, which didn't stop spinning round and round like a helicopter! Two of our lovely volunteers fell for him as soon as they met him and he has found himself reserved! :)) Xxx Laura had lots of customers for pampers and nail clipping. Great to,see them and their families. Xxx Thanks so much to everyone who popped in with donations of bedding, we are very grateful. :)) Later on this afternoon a lovely couple and their two dogs came to meet our Greyhounds. Consequently Tara has been reserved. :)) He is going to meet them all again tomorrow. Xxx It was a really busy day! Thank you so much to everyone for all your help today. You are brilliant!! A special thank you to Ash for feeding all our residents this afternoon. 🙂 Xxx

Gorgeous Danny arrived this morning and found himself reserved within half an hour! :)) He is a lovely, happy friendly lad and we all fell for him as soon as he walked through the door! :)) Xxx

Today our "Maddie the Baddie " is 10 years old i can,t quite believe it ! she has been with us 7 years and is such a fun character .Days are mostly spent sleeping on the settee but tonight she will have a lovely fish tea and of course plenty of fuss , her birthday wish is that all the lovely kennel greyhounds find their sofa very soon and are as lucky as she is

Tara enjoyed his visit to Elmdon Park today. He travelled quietly in the car. On arrival in the park he was very keen on the lead as it was all a new experience but he eventually settled into a sensible "mode". He was very curious towards other breeds and although no aggression was shown he needs more time to socialise with them but I'm sure that will eventually happen. Hopefully the home that suits him best will soon arrive
