This handsome fella is a hunk! I gave him his welcome bath today and was absolutley perfectly behaved. Health check completed as well and didnt batter an eye lid... He was in the middle of a naming war though! Fred or Freckle - Fred becuase thats what he was being called before he came to us, Freckle because, well he has white freckles! Kate - your going to love this guy!

What a sweet lass. I took her out for a walk this morning and she plodded on like a good 'en. She is a tiny little thing that just gives so much love from first sight.

Charlie arrived at the kennels today. She is such a very sweet, pretty girl. She manages really well on her foot with only one toe. It doesn’t seem to bother her. She is so happy to meet everyone and loves cuddles. Xxx

Great to hear Tiny did well meeting Cath's small dog today....I love her! She is great fun. Last thing at night we leave a few treats hidden in the run, she loves looking for them. She is an inquisitive girl, interested in everything around her, but she also loves lots of cuddles. Do hope she will soon fined her forever home. Xxx

Daybreaks Diary!

What an absolutely bonkers day! We saw Tulip off to her new home. Roxie was reserved and Phoebe went off to foster. We did some small dog temperament testing and Faye, Phoebe and Tiny were brilliant. The phone has been hectic and we had a trip out to pick up a stray running on the Coventry Road, only to find the dog warden had been asked to take too and beat us to it! We have two new arrivals in the next few days - including one little lady who had major surgery and only has one toe on one foot.... we might rename her Tootsie!

Today was Roxie's lucky day - finally and has been reserved! I am soooo happy as his new mum has bagged herself a wonderful, loving, devoted, clever and handsome boy (I might be biased!!!!) He is off to his new home on 1st August with the new name of Paddy which we will get him used to. Well done Roxie Pops xxxx

Lovely to see Tom with his new mom. He's really landed on his paws with Sue. Sadly I didn't get to see him whilst in the kennels, I wonder if he and Peanut would have recognised each other? Lovely homing photo. Xx
