Sadly Phoebe has been returned today. She has been snapping at her family and visitors so we are going to assess her to find out why she is doing this. Since arriving back she has settled well - she is very beautiful x

Monty came to visit us yesterday. He brought with him treats for our current Daybreaks guests...Egg Custards to help him to celebrate his Birthday! :)) Well, it was a bonkers day and I forgot all about those scrummy cakes sitting in the fridge....so our boys and girls had them today. They loved them! Thank you so much to Monty. Xxx I kept quiet when I got home tonight, Skip didn't come with me to the kennels today, he would be so gutted to have missed out on his favourite treat! Xxx Sorry my darling. Xxx

Such sad news re Paddy. I remember him as he is a bigger but very similar version of my Theo. Sending condolences to his family. I went thru a similar situation with my Teddy early last year and although he was a fair bit older such awful diseases dont make the parting any easier. Just know that for Paddy you gave him a chance at a loving home and whilst he didnt have the longevity he should have had you made a difference because you chose him and gave him a loving retirement. Millions never get that chance so be proud of the years you had together and cherish the memories for no one can ever take those from you. Sleep tight Paddy and if you meet any of my boys tell them how much I still miss and love them. Seana, Fergal & Theo xxx

Well my boy, I beamed with pride this morning when I turned my calendar over! I've been hurrying the months away to get to May! What I'd give to have you on my bed again even just for one more night. Remember when you were 1st poorly and had just come out of hospital, you wanted to sleep with mommy but that meant there was no room for Daddy (even in a king size bed you used to take up 3/4s!) so we put daddy some pillows and a blanket on the floor and there he slept, not daring to ask me if I'd move you as he knew what the answer would be! Tbf, I know he'd sleep on the floor every night if it meant we could have you back! Love and miss you every second of every minute of every day xxx
