Sending you massive 'thought cuddles' Joe. We have all our fingers and paws crossed here that you are soon much much better... Ruth, I know you'll have gone through all this anyway, but has Joe eaten anything different to your other greys? Could it be a reaction to an insect bite? Such a worrying time and we're thinking of You & Rob. xxx

Joe-Joe has been under the weather again.... his throat swelled massively during the early hours of Tuesday and I took him to the vets later that morning - he had a heart rate of 180 and a temperature of 39.8. He had an injection of antibiotics and diazepam but he was no better by the afternoon with his temperature hitting 40.2. He was admitted and put on a drip and kept in overnight. I collected him late yesterday afternoon as his temperature had started to drop. He is very quiet today and very purple down his front and legs (see photo)!! 🙁 If only we knew what caused his throat to swell 🙁
