Willow went to meet everyone at Julie's Saturday morning training today. She did really well, meeting and greeting in a calm and gentle manner. She took part nicely and than lay down and watched the others with interest. Really very calm and collected. We are still working on her concerns about being left alone but she has really made some progress here. As I sit here in the kitchen she has taken herself off to relax on the settee. This would not have happened a couple of days ago and I'm so delighted. She is eating well and starting to relax a bit in her crazy new world. She is a little sweetie x

Prince
Over the Rainbow Bridge
I feel a bit sad for Prince - in the kennels he really doesn't show himself at his best at all, he is very vocal and it can be quite off putting. However, yesterday I discovered that some of his barking is simply his way of saying "I need to come out for a wee please as I don't want to mess up my kennel!" Other times I think he just feels the need to be close to somebody as when I went in to lead him up for his walks, he stands beautifully still & quiet while you put on his lead and muzzle -quite one of the easiest to get ready for a walk, and he looks right at you. Silly as it may sound I feel this big boy just needs a bit of self confidence so he will feel a bit happier with the world around him and will relax a bit. Hope he manages to get to training as this will really help him. A special cuddle for a lovely boy. xx

Ohhh timmy we are going to miss you at the kennels! This lad is a such a lovely and playful soul. We have had years of happiness with him and he has so much to give. He is so loving and was always known as the 'gentle giant' at his racing kennels. If we were not committed to so many greys he would have been coming home with us. Whoever decides timmy is for them is a very lucky family. We will miss you boy and wish you all the luck and love in the world! Xxx
