Well our lovely girl had to go to the vet's again today. But sorted this time. Still remains a mystery how all this has happened. We found around 2" of her tail and with an attachment, we thought could be a ligament, but having taken it to the vet's it's 'wire' and so fine . Where from???? Sylv & John.

I picked Smartie up from auntie Ruth's last night and she has been a really good girl Sunny was over the moon to see her. She sleep in my room but on her own bed has been clean in the house eat all her breakfast and has a walk and has been great with the cats xxx

Thanks Deb; we're back at the vets on Friday morning to have her lump looked at/measured again and also to check on her 2nd vulva infection, which after another course of antibiotics we're hoping has cleared up; if not, then a swab will be taken to see why she keeps getting them. Pleased to say that the fur she'd lost around the underside of her neck has started to grow back and most of her kennel coat has been groomed out (or been shaken onto the carpets!) so we now have a real black beauty. We've been 'Mom' & 'Dad' for 8.5 weeks now and in that time we've been through every emotion with our little lady however, we wouldn't change her for the world and just hope she feels the same about us. Despite having 3 sleeping areas of her own, she still insists on sleeping on our bed from 5am ish each morning... I'm not complaining though, as it gives me extra (should I need them!) snuggles with her. Tash x

Ruth as you have already got 5 do you think your parents would really notice Albert and Charlie. if you did a rotation from room to room and swapped dogs around intermittently they might not notice at all. It might work you never know!!!! lol.
