Roxy has just gone home :)) The weather was so awful we had to take her homing photo inside! She has a nice new coat to keep her warm and a lovely new name too. 🙂 Her lovely Mum and Greyhound Brother and Sister are waiting to welcome her home. :)) Wishing them all lots of happy times together. Xxx

Mollie's adoption was made official yesterday evening! I am so happy - she is an absolutely transformed dog to the one that arrived at my house at the end of December. She was so forlorn and frightened and hated going for walks. She clearly loves her new mum and greyhound sister Kelly and I get to see her on a weekly basis which I love too! She does not stop wagging her tail and is sooooo happy - oh, and LOVES her walks now! I love a happy ending! x

Daybreaks Diary!

Crikey me - what a wet & wild day!! Not surprisingly it's been very quiet for visitors, I can't say I blame anyone not venturing out today unless they absolutely had to!! During a lull in the storm we did manage both lots of walks, although the lane was flooded. Being so quiet meant that we could spend a lot of time with the doggies, grooming as well as getting some useful vital statistics about them all on record. The dreadful weather postponed the appearance of our 2 new arrivals - all being well they will be with us tomorrow. It's fast approaching feeding time now, then the boys & girls will be tucked up warm and snuggly for the night. Another weekend is here, and the diary is busy again so fingers crossed for some lovely red or green signs. Whatever you are up to this weekend, stay warm and safe. Angie xx

Quivers has been unreserved as she has become quite reactive to other dogs out on her walks however she has been brilliant in the house on foster with another dog! If you would like to view Quivers or would like more information about her please give us a call.

Ruth took Roxy off to the vets for her neutering operation first thing this morning. Such a quiet little girl, she will be going home at the weekend. Ruth also collected her this afternoon and took her home with her again. Hoping she is feeling ok. Xxx Little Sophie, now called Florence went home. :)) Wishng her a very happy new life with her lovely new family. Xxx I will join rubytwoshoes in wishing Bertie, Bess, Jess, Joey and Tess a very Happy Birthday! Hope they have all had a super day. Xxx :)) This afternoon Ruth took Momma, Tiggy and Tony to School! They visited a Primary School where they met all the children there. Erik also went along with his two naughty boys Barney and Caesar. Xxx We have a new boy and girl due to arrive in the morning...sure there will both be beautiful! Xxx Having just seen the weather forecast for tomorrow and the prospect of very high winds, do hope everyone stays safe and well. Xxx Xxx
