Daisydog here reporting on my off lead training...' its all going very well! I can find it, leave it, eat it and wee on it.....and when mum blows her orange whistle I come running for some cheese. Apparently I am a VERY CLEVER GIRL and need something more challenging than chasing cheese and the odd bit of sausage says the trainer! If there was a gold aware for being a gorgeous girl mum says I would win one. I am loving the seaside and going into cafes for lots of fuss and always get a biscuit.' Love you Daisydog. xxx

I love it when they lose their marbles in the garden. Our youngest's head never seems to quite match her legs and you daren't move a muscle - just because she's not looking at you does not mean she's not coming your way!!! Lovely to hear that you're all getting on so well, they really are the most wonderful dogs and who wants a perfect lawn anyway! Mand x

Quick update on Tilly. All is going better than we could have hoped. Yes, we've had a couple of hiccoughs - firstly the number of presents left for us the first time we left her showed her separation anxiety. Our fault for leaving her too long, to be honest so more gradual now. Secondly, we kept her downstairs for the first few nights but constant whining and the odd howl kept everyone awake. We opened the stairgate (in place for our 2 yr old) and she slept at the foot of our bed the first night. Now she sleeps on her own bed downstairs just coming up to let me know she wants to go outside to the loo. Result! Normally she is the calmest, most placid dog I've ever met but she transforms into a Wild Thing when we play chase in the garden - it really melts your heart to see her bounding around like a crazy puppy. Overall she has been absolutely wonderful so far and a fantastic addition to the household. Our son definitely thinks so and even our cat grudgingly admits it! Long may it continue..... xx

Hi Rosie… so sorry sweetie pie, but your new 'Mom' can't count! I said it was 3 more sleeps when in fact it was 4, but hey… it's now only 2 more nights for you at Daybreaks and then me & 'Dad' get to see you again and bring your home with us. Yippee!!! Your bedding is sorted but no doubt you'll be letting us know where you want to sleep (just in case, I've made sure the donut bed is big enough for John!!) We've got you some toys and 'Nan' has already told us that she's coming round on Sunday afternoon to meet you. Have a good couple of days little one and we'll see you Sunday morning. Love, 'Mom' & 'Dad'… ps… we can't wait!
