Over the Rainbow Bridge
Rosie, you are the most beautiful, loving girl and I'd like to thank you for walking with me along the busy A45 this morning (then John this afternoon); in between these walks you were more than happy to cuddle up with John on your bed… not sure who'd have gone to sleep first!! You are a stunner and whoever is lucky enough to take you home will quickly realise what a gorgeous grey they have. ps… if John had his way, he'd have left me at the kennels and brought you back home today! Tx

Joey (Mr Grey Face!)
I’m Homed
Joey had a fantastic run off lead in the field today - he seems so happy when he goes off lead - his tail was practically horizontal (look at his rehoming pic for comparison) we have been beginning to work on his recall to a whistle and he is such a good boy - soon as he hears the whistle head up, looks at us and runs to us. He had a lovely play off lead with a doberman who we reguarly walk with as well - so good to see him happy and confident but also so clearly attached to us and wanting to please. Best. Dog. Ever! xx

Merlin
Over the Rainbow Bridge
'Magic' Merlin has today been out on the Sutton Walk with his kennel companion Sam. Both behaved perfectly while travelling there. As on his previous days out he behaved like the perfect gentleman that he is. There are no problems with other breeds and he just loves people of all sizes and ages. He is the most affectionate and loving dog that you could wish to meet and the lucky family that do decide to give him his permanent home are going to have the most wonderful addition to their home.

What a very special girl,we popped into the kennels today and met Rosie, such a loving friendly Grey who wouldn't let our 9 year old son Scott out of the kennel because she wanted to be fussed all the time!! She would lay down on his lap for him to fuss her,if only we could have a 3rd - Rosie would definatley be considered!! Whomever rehomes this Girl will have a fantastic loving Grey. xxx

Cain (Sam)
I’m Homed
Sam has today been out on the Sutton Walk with his best mate Merlin. As you would expect with these two kennel companions they travelled perfectly in the Trust van. Sam is the quiet one in the kennel but comes to life when out and about. Although at first he was quite excited by smaller dogs in the park by the end of the walk he had become familiar with them and there were no real issues. He is a very loving affectionate boy who will make a fabulous addition to any home.

Sadly Isla is unreserved as she is becoming stressed around the child in the home, we support the families decision to bring her back.

Robbie (Luke)
I’m Homed
Hi Beckie, I wanted to say thank you SO much for fostering Luke and I know how hard it is to let go..... I am missing Belle and still miss Kitty among others but if it is not possible to keep them, it is so good to help for a short while! It is such a wonderful thing to do and even more rewarding when they find a home and you see them settle.... thank you for helping him - I am so very grateful xxxx If anyone would like to foster, please let me know. Usually the foster dogs are long stayers, returnees or those who are just not 'selling themselves' whilst at Daybreaks!
