Katie had her lump successfully removed yesterday. It was very strange to see her before the anesthetic had worn off, completely spaced out! She's a little sore and needs lots of fuss,love and reassurance. But we think she will back to her cheeky self soon.

Joe Joe was buried this afternoon in his favourite blanket with his favourite cushion. I don't know what to say about how much we loved this boy, how we nurtured him after his accident, the joy he bought to our lives, how he made us laugh with his cushion antics and how he used to ask for treats. The pure joy he gave us, he will be so so missed by us, his puppy and human friends who loved his gentleness. Excuse the language but we are feeling really shit. God we miss him so much.

Joe, I don't know what to say. This is such sad, sad news - after everything you went through. In time, your family will be able to smile fondly at their special memories of you and your cushion, but at the moment we send them special hugs and thoughts at this sad time. x

Hello all! Just a quick note to say that Tilly is doing fab (although does enjoy a 4.30am wake up most mornings! A few weeks ago we put her into boarding kennels whilst we went on a two day break and whilst there she fell in love with a handsome young male greyhound who just happened to need a hone... Soooooooo the short of it is, she came home with a buddy! Yay! So we now have Tilly and Tommy - our family is complete 🙂

Oh am so, so, sorry, having followed his progress on facebook. Life is so unfair, he was so lucky to have such loving owners, far far too young to now be playing above in those green fields. Shine down very brightly tonight. God bless Joe x
