Somebody somewhere is obviously missing a very special little girl. It breaks my heart to think that could happen to one of mine and I guess reinforces the message to make sure our details are up-to-date for their microchips and that they're wearing id collars with address and telephone details. I agree with the eyes too, but just at her ears. Now if that combination doesn't get someone to fall in love with her, I don't know what will! Good luck Autumn. Mand x

It was lovely to meet your family and Fraser is gorgeous....he looked soooo handsome in his Lily Peeps coat. I am really impressed at the way you are approaching taking on another dog and I really hope that whichever doggie you choose it works out for all of you. Whichever one it is will certainly be a lucky one. xx Bob, Orla & Mum

I'm sure you're right. I do tend to over analysis things. In this case though I just want what is best for the dogs. I (we) will do everything to make sure this works.

Barney
I’m Homed
We had the pleasure of taking the lovely Barney to the show today. He was a good boy in the car, although decided he just had to stand up all the way so he could see everything through the window! He was so well behaved all day, fine with the other breeds but a little excited by the very small dogs, although he was even getting used to them by the end of the day. He is a calm and friendly boy who coped well with the strange sights and sounds of the show, and enjoyed some well deserved treats on his day out. Fingers crossed for you my lovely big boy. Xx

We was robbed! Not one rosette for the very handsome Harry, he was just too gorgeous for the judge to pick him. Well Si, Dreamer & Tom beat us hands down!! Still, we had a lovely day meeting up with doggy chums & owners. And yes & would really love to adopt Harry, lots of hard thinking to do.....xx

Crazyliveshere, you have to go with your heart, and you spent so much time with the dogs today, you obviously had a bond with Noddy, don't stress about it, Fraser and Noddy seemed to get on fine. Jill.

To walksinwellies. Just read your message now. Having been to the show today, I feel guilty now. I felt that Fraser and Mandy didn't really click though. Also, I feel that maybe I didn't give her enough time. Damb. We spent some time with Lou Lou with her muzzle off and also Jenny. However, there was no connection between them. I saw Noddy and even with the muzzle on she tried to lick my face. When introduced to Fraser with her muzzle off they were related and stood side by side , heads almost together like they were old friends. We did therefore decide (after much deliberation) decide on Noddy. We may have no problems with her but there is less know about her than Mandy. I've now got the pre wedding jitters, eeek. Can anyone PLEASE give any words of wisdom. :-/

Ade
I’m Homed
We were privileged to have Ade stay with us this weekend. He is full of character, loves playing with toys and provided a great companion to Queenie. He was absolutely fascinated with the microwave and the washing machine! He takes treats and snacks very gently. He showed some signs of nervousness but let us know when he needed to go out and was overall an examplemary houseguest. He is great with other greys, particularly Queenie who has looked very down in the mouth since we took him back, but inquisitive around other dogs - especially small ones! It was with a heavy heart we took him back to Daybreaks after the show. If finances were in a better place he would be snuggling up with Queenie on a permanent basis. He will make a brilliant pet to a lucky family. Good luck mate,

Daisydog and I had the most fantastic time at the show today seeing lots of chums and making news ones. Lovely to see Harry and Blade and the pretty Autumn too and holiday sisters Lena and Lola. Thanks to Julie for doing magic to make it all happen. I am so proud of my beautiful girl who has been with me eleven months. Today she spent almost four hours at a very busy show with lots and lots of legs and tails and noises everywhere.I remember when she hid behind the table at training and did not want to get out of the car. What a difference eleven months makes. So well done Daisydog - Miss March rules in this house. xx

Lou Lou
Over the Rainbow Bridge
We took Lou Lou to the show today. She was very sweet and friendly and is such a happy girl. She is great with children and although she was interested in other breeds of dog she seemed quite calm around them. She's a strong girl but walked well on the lead and didn't pull. We really hope she finds a loving home very soon as she definitely has lots of love to give. X
