Tilly decided the only place to sleep last night was our bed. So much for a lot of greyhounds not liking stairs! Lol - she slept like a log - us not so much so - the dog:human:bed space ratio seemed a little uneven! But she is settling in fine and is following me around like a little sheep! Bless her little heart. She has started wagging her tail and there's a hint of a cheeky personality behind her frightened exterior and as every hour goes by she feels more and more like one of our family 🙂

Hi missfifi, yes certainly will bring the thunder coat back to kennels soon. We haven't been doing the dog walks at Daybreaks for a while as Douglas had inflamed Achilles tendons (ouch!) but he is improving so hopefully will get back to kennels soon, definitely before fireworks season. x

I would love to echo everything that has been said- if you were to see ray in the flesh you would see just how wonderful this young man is-he loves attention and is very affectionate and all he needs to make his world complete is his forever sofa and a family to love him xx

Joey has spent a great weekend with our 2 Grey's and his request now is a permanant home please!! Apparently he does bark in the kennels but in a home environment he is a completely different dog,so please don't let this put you off. Loveable cuddle monster - good with other dogs and on lead,does need a bit of house training but he will pick this up very quickly. Loves housework and sorting the shoe cupboard out ie bringing them to you as a present! Come on All-lets find that Forever Home for Joey!!

We've brought Snowy home and have decided as she wasn't responsive to her name, to change it, so she is now Tilly. She has had a walk and is currently laid on me on the settee! She has met the cats who treated her with a bit of a scorn but so far so good and Tilly just ignored them. She really is a lovely girlie and I'm so very happy she has come into our life 🙂 xxxxx
