Over the Rainbow Bridge
I have brought this gorgeous girl home with me. She arrived this afternoon after we received a telephone call asking us to take her as her owner had had a stroke and was unable to look after her. Kate kindly went to fetch her whilst I dealt with Con's homing. I took her to the vets on the way home as she has a history that she has been bleeding for the past 6 weeks - this could be a season but it is quite rare for an elderly dog. She is therefore having a scan and if all goes well, they will proceed to removing the remaining teeth she has as they are sadly in a very poor state. She arrived at ours and ate a big bowl of dinner and promptly fell asleep in our hallway. She is a delight to have and I am keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow and will keep you posted as to how she is getting on. I love her to bits already x

Hi all. Its been a while since I last updated you about Frankie. He's loving his forever home and has already been camping in Devon and is about to go off with us to Dorset for a week (he loves the water)! We totally adore him and, yes, he knows it 😉 He is a real people-person and whenever we are out and about he always draws a crowd - especially the Frankie Fan Club at Shustoke reservoir! He's our gorgeous boy and we can't remember life without him. What a star! xxx
