I offer my sincere condolences on the loss of Anna, it must be horrible for the family especially not to be there when she died.... At least she died somewhere nice rather than a vets clinic, and after a nice walk in Sutton Park!

Jack is a gorgeous, handsome boy (and my current favourite!). He is very friendly and affectionate and loves a good fuss. When sitting with him, he puts his paw in your lap and nuzzles you gently if you stop giving him cuddles. Last weekend, when I was at the kennels and when he was happily full after his dinner, he put his head on my lap and fell asleep – so gorgeous! I absolutely love this boy and I hope someone else falls in love with him soon, otherwise I may have to replace my boyfriend, who won’t let me get a dog at the moment, with Jack!

I have received the most heartbreaking call from the owner of Anna - she fell yesterday in Sutton Park and unfortunately died whilst her owner went for help. My heart goes out to her owners who absolutely adored her. Such a youngster to go too soon. Run free little one x

well back to school and work for the humans today and i coped ok with the routine of being left whilst she went to her dinner job, flash is a big baby and cries when left but i just got on with it. Went to barton marina for the evening walk tonight and it was lovely but i didn't like the gravel paths so i managed to walk the whole way round on the grass verge by the path(must be a first for a dog) We said hello to the ducks and fed them some bread, off home now for a nap. x

Deb, never in my wildest dreams was I going to adopt a youngster and that Boswell woman is responsible - she' a menace!! After our old boy Jake passed away recently my son wanted another boy, a bit younger, 5 ish, the only criteria being he had to be ok with other breeds (Jake wasn't) and be good with my 2 old girls aged 10 & 12. We went to view another boy but he hadn't done well on his dog test and Ruth kept on about Ricky but I said he's too young. She persisted , you know what she's like, so we met him and fell for him big time. We 'road tested' him last weekend and he was brilliant, very quiet, gentle, loving and well behaved and lovely with the girls. nothing like your normal 2 year old. So he's here to stay and we love him to bits. Well done Ruthie! P.S. The next one will definitely be an older Girl!!
