Stan
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Such a lot of sad news recently, and this is another really tragic loss. Our thoughts are with Stan's family who must be absolutely heartbroken right now. Rest in peace Stan. Love from Linda, Paul, Lola, Lena & Bunny the lodger, x

Bunny
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Bunny has been busy having a few new experiences. On Monday (Lola's 8th birthday) they dropped in at granddad's place for a treat or two! She's met my dad before but has not been to his flat, but she coped very well. She had a good look around and then settled down for a rest, following the lead of the other two who were comatose within a minute of finishing their treats! Tonight she's been round Wythall Park and really loved it. She was out in front of the other 2 trail-blazing her way round.....it was so good to see. OK, so I know it might not be that difficult to be out in front when Lola spends ages micro-analyzing each blade of grass :)) but she was so up for it tonight! Go Bunny! xx

My beautiful Stan, I will think of you everyday. You will b greatly missed by everyone who lives you touched. Run free special boy I have wrote this little poem for everyone to read: Do not look at photos and cry I haven't left or said 'bye' I am in Mannie and Twiggys face In every paw print you can trace I will watch my family from up above And fill them with very ounce of love I haven't really gone away Because I'm in your hearts and that's where I'll stay xxxx

Sparky
Over the Rainbow Bridge
The fabulous Sparky is still with us and I really feel for this beautiful boy. He enjoys cuddles, and walks really well on his harness now. He walks nicely with the group, but can get a bit vocal if he sees doggies moving about outside and he's inside his kennel! This little treasure really deserves his chance and I hope someone sees his potential soon. Big cuddles sweetheart. xxxxx

Daisy is such a tiny, dainty little girl with a fabulous shiny coat. Understandably she's still a little bit wary of things, but is very friendly and quiet. Welcome sweetheart. xx

Beautiful Stan....we all love you and will miss you so very, very much. Taken away far too soon. You are in Gods care now. Thank you for all the fun times; making us laugh by the funny way you ran and amazing us with your talent for performing any trick for a treat! You were the first greyhound your cousin Twiggy has ever liked and always greeted her with a kiss! It has been such a sad day for us all. Lots of love to Pam, Terry, Kim and Holly. xxxxx

It is so sad to hear of our canine friends who have recently passed away. My thoughts are with their families. It makes me appreciate our Rose who is eleven in August all the more especially has she has recently had to go to the vets with an enlarged swelling on her bottom. She is fine and still lively as ever but I certainly at these times worry as she gets older.

It is with such great sadness I have just heard that Stan died this morning. He was rushed into the vets after becoming unwell with suspected meningitis of his spinal cord and he passed away. My heartfelt sympathy goes to his family who are absolutely distraught at what has happened. Run Free Special Boy - I will never forget you xxxxx

Daisy (Dee)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Daisy can growl........today we met an off lead lab who daisy has met before, but today he was determined to sniff her bottom more than is absolutely necessary. She let him for a minute or so, during which I said to the owner - she is a nervous dog and is only used to being sniffed by greyhounds - and then woopidoo - daisy growls and snaps at him saying back off fella, this girls had enough of that! He backed off. This is another milestone for Daisy. And a lesson to the lab who is a lovely dog and his owner who was as surprised as I was. Well done Daisydog xx
