Joe is a super boy who walks beautifully on his lead providing there are no distractions!! Tina was flirting with him so that interested him. Squirrel in the distance interested him and a fluffy little dog who was quietly walking past elicited a lot of excitement. Possibly the first time he'd seen an 'other' breed. Back in his kennel he is a big softie. He is a very handsome and lovely young man. Xxxx

Daybreaks Diary!

I was disappointed to miss the Halloween Howl and the memorial service last night. Sadly I had a grotty cold (thankfully not Covid!) and didn't feel too good. I was able to see most of Emily's lovely service on Jude's phone this morning. Xxx Tiff had her neutering operation today. So very grateful to Sue for taking her for us. I was due to pick her up this afternoon but had a bit of a panic when I discovered I had a flat tyre! Yvonne had a trendy pump and we managed to get some air into the tyre. 🙂 Got my car to the garage this afternoon and sat muching a packet of Seana's excellent homemade cookies from the Halloween event while they put a new tyre on. :)) Picked our gorgeous Tiff up, she was still a little wobbly and wasn't keen on having anything to eat. :(( She has been fostered for a few days while she gets over her operation. We are so grateful to Hannah and Stuart. Xxx Thank you so much to Vonnie, Myra, Lee, Molly and Louisa for looking after the kennels this afternoon. Xxx

Thank you to everyone for your kind messages. I miss him so much and I'm heartbroken. He was my world and brought me so much joy. I have set up a corner of my back garden and called it Tommy's garden and have bought a white rose to plant in it and some white lights to put round it and a remembrance stone. I miss you so much Tom Tom my beautiful boy xxx????????

Huge thanks to everyone who attended the Halloween Howl this evening. We had a lovely evening, despite a torrential downpour which forced us to quickly put up more gazebos to shelter under!! A big thank you also to Revd Emily Spencer who led a moving candle lighting ceremony. Congratulations to Nifty, Cilla & Flo - your clever hoomans made a great guess and the Bucket O Bones will be heading your way!! I will update tomorrow on the amount we raised, but wanted to say thank you for your support. Angie xx
