Over the Rainbow Bridge
The lovely Henry needs new toys...he keeps killing them! Anyone know where I can find squeaky toys that will withstand a lunatic dog?! So far he's killed a frog, a dachshund, a cow, a tigger, a duck, another dachshund, two squirrels & a pig! He's not interested in the huge rope knot because it doesn't squeak. I suppose he could chew on a house brick? You think that would have a longer life span!? He's super at not chewing anything else like our shoes (this is Jaspers trick), he just loves toys to play with. Any advice would be super, thank you x

Hi , a quick Denny update. He is settling in really well no accidents , he is more or less glued to our sides in the day but at night he settles down on his bed in the living room.We have yet to hear him bark ??? He is a very calm dog at the moment and has only chewed a couple of things ( including his muzzle ) which was our fault for leaving it out !! He just loves everyone and his food !.He is a pleasure to have in the family thankyou x x

Introduced Dolly (Aliona) to her first small person today (6yr old), she was brilliant so enthusiastic she knocked him over, he wasnt scared of her though, she just loves anyone. Also she's getting on really well with my sons puppy, had her muzzle on everytime he visited, but muzzle is now off and he's like her shadow, they play together nicely. Had to move my dish of pot pouri she kept nicking the wicker balls and destroying them, and her character and confidence changes daily. We lost our other grey 12 months ago and have only now felt ready to take on another one, we waited, kept visiting till we found the right dog for us, she was worth the wait.

Hi LizzyB. I'm afraid to say that Lola must have received Silla's share of the sociable genes from their dad as she is friendly with all breeds. Don't we just love them even more though for their quirks though...... ? xx

Well I've had my hoomommy for 6 months now and she's not a bad old girl really. Of course there were some training issues at first but after some nose to nose advice from the perfect Miss Poppy (mmmm) and some on line advice from the divine Miss Daisy (mmmm too) these were quickly sorted. She now walks well to heel and comes when she's called. She still has a bit of seperation anxiety when she goes out to work but were working on that. I've made some doggyfriends Max and Charlie the Yorkies. Stan the black Lab and of course the perfect Miss Poppy (mmmm). Made lots of hooman friends too but they sometimes puzzle me. Why don't they like our bit sniffing and licking sessions and poo sniffing? How else are we supposed to know who's who, whats what and who's been where? Lots of love and big wags Jak xxxx
