Famous last words but everything has been nice and calm for several weeks , ok she did steal a tomato this morning , but I think ( hope) Carrie has now got used to the etiquette of living in a home , when I go to work now , I maybe get one wee , its been a long haul and thats why I haven't posted anything for a few weeks , I just wanted to make sure She had got the idea , which she now seems to have done. The main problem I have now is everyone who visits me wants to take her home with them !!! Carrie is just what I needed

just re-read my earlier comment, it should have read "chased MY chihuahua" not chased "BY" my chihuahua, I really should wear my glasses! He has had a couple of walks today but in the house will only lie on his bed if I sit down, I am sure he will get used to me moving around and realise he does not have to follow me round.

Santa 2

I took Santa 2 to the Pets at home roadshow at the Swan centre yesterday, he was very well behaved although I think a little overawed at all the new sights and sounds, he got lots of attention from people, several of whom wanted to take him home, and a few treats too ( so apologies for his kennel if it was bad this morning!) He also saw several different breeds of dogs, big and small and took no notice at all, I also took him to show him the rabbits in PaH and although he was looking at them he wasnt desperately trying to get at them. Well done Santa, lets hope your new home is round the corner. xx

Diamond also met a VERY VERY small chihuahua called snoopy, she was amazing sniffed and then wasn't bothered. XX

If his home works out which I think it will, as he is perfect and his new owners really love him! His new chihuahua friend is called snoopy and she scared him a little at first, but by the end of the walk she was happier. He will be called Buddy now not Arthur a his new owner prefer it to Arthur x

Arthur (Buddy as we call him) settled well, unfortunately chased by chihuahua when I let her in from the garden but that was my fault as I wasn't paying attention, but will in future. Only came down to him once last night and then he settled. I have been downstairs for about half an hour so far this morning and haven't been in to see him yet and he hasn't made a sound! Chihuahua (Snoopy) is also still fast asleep. Looking forward to getting to know Buddy better.

Nora is the sweetest little dog. I spent time with her a bit ago and she was so gentle and sweet and just really wanted a big stroke and a little love and my heart really goes out to her and i hope she finds a new home soon
