Oh thank you for the reply - we'll definitely try them as we really want her to be more comfortable. That's a good idea to get one for each foot as well - both Mia's corns have been on the same foot (back left) but different pads. We're very pleased for the recommendation - thank you!

Hi Cinders. Our little girl wears Thera-Paws. She had a corn removed from her left foot and within 6 months it was back. We keep her comfortable now by removing as much as we can ourselves and she always wears her boots when going out on a walk. We got ours from this company : www.veterinary-instrumentation.co.uk The sizes vary depending on the size of the Greyhound's feet, so I don't think it really helps with the weight, but there is a size guide on the website for measuring their feet, which we used and our 27 kg girl came out as a T/D medium, which seem fine for her. They are not cheap at £15 each, but we've found them invaluable. We decided for our girl to wear a shoe on each front foot (not just the affected front foot), as we wondered if unbalancing her with a shoe on just one foot , might cause a corn on the other foot. So far so good and we have just the one corn. They stay on pretty well, although we have found that if she runs from standing, she leaves at least one of her boots behind!!! Good luck. Mand

Robbie
I’m Homed
Robbie is a fantastic boy, he's really settled into home life after just a week with us. He gets on brilliant with Magic our other male grey and they have turned into the best of buddies doing everything together. He has a softer side with our female dog Cleo and they curl up on the same pillow and fall asleep together. Robbie loves to play, especially with squeaky toys!! but has learned to share the toys with our other greys. Robbie has a very soft nature, loves cuddles and will rub his head against your leg if you have stopped fussing too soon. He's completely house trained and will let you know if he needs to go out with just a little whimper. He's doing great on walks and has calmed down with other breads. He's an absolute joy to have round the house and makes the perfect companion - we love him to bits.

Fantastic! I was smitten with you after our walk yesterday (and with Henry too) and so obviously were the couple who viewed you 🙂 Such great news. Be happy Lennon ... and enjoy all the fusses which I'm sure will be coming your way, but please share some with your new bro! Lots of love from Linda, Paul, Lola & Lena xxx

Louis (Fun)
Over the Rainbow Bridge
I would like to thank everyone for the support and lovely comments we received after losing our lovely Ellie. They helped a lot. We would like to introduce Louis who we offically rehomed today. His settled in so well and is such a lovely boy. He loves his cuddles and toys. They are so many lovely greys out there needing homes we decided it was the right decision for us to adopt again. We are obivously missing Ellie but that would happen with or without another grey in the house. Louis is golden and has settled well with Josie our other girl. Josie is not great on her own, we adopted Josie about 2 years ago from daybreaks she was the girl who was found abandoned outside of a shop covered in scars, cuts and really skinny. Her new friend Louis seems to be helping her a great deal. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful boy.
