Lola

I took Lola to the show today, she was perfectly behaved, both in the car and at the show, although a little overwhelmed with everything. Did not react at all to any of the other dogs, big or small. xxx

Derry

Derry was an absolute star at the Funday today, dispensing charm and friendliness all around the arena - even winning a 3rd place rosette in the most handsome black dog category - well done my beauty!

Roxy
I’m Homed
We took the beautiful Roxy to the Funday today. The poor little girl is so stressed at the moment and she really isn't happy, so we decided to bring her home with us for a short spell of fostering. After the usual bout of sniffing everything in sight, she ate her supper beautifully. After an hour and a half of being here she obviously feels happier and more secure as she is now absolutely spark out fast asleep in her basket! There is an absolute sweetheart in her just waiting to emerge again when she is settled somewhere.

Pippa
Over the Rainbow Bridge
We had the priviledge of taking Pippa round the show today. She was a dream, despite all the other breeds and all the people, she took it all in her stride without batting an eyelid. She gave lots of greyhound leans and had lots of fuss. She will make a fabulous pet and we really hope she finds a home soon, she deserves it.

Tixy
Over the Rainbow Bridge
The lovely Tixy came with me to the Annual Fun Day and Dog Show today. She was an absolute star – it was a very long day with so many fluffy little dogs around but she was so chilled and friendly. We wondered around and made lots of human and doggie friends and she was very calm but sociable with all the other breeds she met. There were a couple of families who seemed interested in Tixy today so fingers crossed. She is a very affectionate little girl and she loves a cuddle. She is a quiet, relaxed, pretty girl and will make a fantastic and loving pet for the lucky family who adopt her.

Hope todays outing to the show has shown what a lovely dog you are, so well behaved and traveled back to the kennels like you were in your own bed. Getting you out wasn't so easy. x x x

Katie, I really WISH I could take you home with me because I just know how wonderful you would be in a home, but Chez Bryce is full to bursting with 4, and plus it's selfish to prevent somebody else from having a fab pet like you. I promise I will take you training as and when I can make it myself, and I look forward to seeing you blossom into a more confident little girl xxx

Little girl you are such a poppet, travel so well in the car, walk beautifully on the lead and were great with other dogs(ok as long as they were greys). A bit excitable with small dogs and lived upto your racing name (setting our oh no a little dog alarm off) and a bit overwelmed with the event which made you more exicted with nerves. But if someone wants an intelligent little girl and will train her to get on with other dogs, she will make a perfect pet. x x x x

One word really BOSTIN x x x x x x x

How sad for you JT to be in that situation but agree all the family needs to be enthusiastic about the dog otherwise its not fair on him/her either. Personally I would get rid of the husband!!!! But hey that's me.

Motte
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Motte has really surprised me with how quickly he has settled in. A bit of panting at first but not at all now and he has just eaten a full bowl of burns and cheese! So far no problems with joey and Milly and not interested in the cats - unless they run - that does make him jump up to his feet but he will learn with time and he seems to understand no! He looks like he has always been here!

Looking back over the comments i've Just worked out its been 14 weeks since Ruby took so very poorly......amazing how well she's done in such a relatively short space of time especially for saying our local vet didn't think she would survive. Xx
