Max had his operation today, hes fine. The vet found out that he hadnt been castrated, both testicals were up inside, one had gone rottan which was causing the problem. Hopefully he will make a rapped recovery. Max needs lots of TLC Ahhhhhh feeling very sorry for him self xx

HI goldie&ruby's-mum. Your comment was so helpful. The layout of the van you have sounds exactly like the one I'm keen on and exactly the bed I suggested for our two. It's right opposite the kitchen part, so I can just imagine them lying on their beds with their eyes at almost cooking height - they'd love it! I must admit ours have never wanted to climb on the sofa, so I was a bit worried about them realising that they had to jump up to their bed, but I suppose there's nothing that can't be overcome with a Dentastix in your hand! I've done a bit of research on some caravan sites too and was delighted to see that some of them have secure dog exercise areas, which would be a bonus to let them let off some steam. Thanks again for your post, you really do make it sound like a lot of fun, which is what it's all about. I really like the idea of seeing a weekend of nice weather and booking a quick weekend away for us all. Hope the weather is kind to you all this weekend, let us know how you get on. Thanks again. Hope it all works out for you all. Ruby hated her muzzle when she arrived n can't say Gold was impressed with having to wear a muzzle again, lol. Hi Jeff, Twiggy used to hate going out in the rain too but she has got used to it. As long as she gets wrapped up in a nice warm towel when she gets back from a walk she is fine. If it is last thing at night I resort to bribery and she gets a piece of meat for going for a wee! Glad to hear you are all well ...and you have less poo to pick up!! x
