Daybreaks Diary!

It was a hot day again today. Thanks so much to Yvonne, Gloria and Myra for taking the dogs out for their walks. They were fine with their wet coats on and just went for a short walk in the shady lane near by. We had lots of bedding donated to us today. :)) We are very grateful. Xx Nifty, Cilla and Flo came to visit us this morning. What lovely dogs they all are! It great to hear what they have been up to :)) Xxx Xxx

Daybreaks Diary!

The forecast rain held off, so all dogs had morning and afternoon walks. Thanks to Denise and Dave for all their help today. We started the day with the homing of Spike, now Basil, wishing him and his family all the best. We had two viewings booked, the first family looked at Charlie and Annie. They could not decide between the two, so very sensibly have gone to have a long hard think to see which if either is the right fit for them. The second viewing was to come and see Topsy, well it was love at first sight, they took her on the afternoon walk and immediately reserved her. I know there will be a lot of very happy people when they see this news! She is a sweetheart. We had sand run bookings today, thankfully the temperatures were no way near as hot as they had been. So, in closing, stay safe and well all. X

So very sorry to hear this sad news. My word, what an amazing age and what an amazing life she had with you, we all know how very much loved she was. Reunited at rainbow bridge, now the famous five can all run fast and free together again. I think we all had everything crossed and willed her on to make her 16th birthday, and she did just that. Another Angel has gained her wings, shine bright beautiful Kylie. Much love to your family. Jo xx

Its so sad to hear that dear Kylie has gone to rainbow bridge. What a wonderful life she had with you, you must have so many memories and lots of photos to remember your little angel. She must have chosen you to live with and have such a long life knowing she would be very happy and safe. When a hound chooses me I don't care about the age for as Kylie proved there can be many happy times with an older dog. Another bright star shines in the heavens tonight xx
