Hi Jeff. So pleased u now hav Carrie home n I can tell how much u luv her already. Can I just make a suggestion that u don't become complacent n remove carries muzzle too soon. If she is snarling at teddy on occasions u really hav too b very careful. Most new dogs living together will hav an occasional grumble, mine certainly did n that was 3 weeks after I took my second on. Luckily it was mostly noise n I was the only one who got bitten but my two r very close in size. I kno teddys alot smaller than Carrie n I'd just be very careful as any disagreement between the two could end up with disastrous consequences. I really wish u, Carrie n teddy all the best for the future, I can tell how much they both mean to u. X

Nibs was taken to the vets this morning for his castrate. He unfortunately has not come round from the anaesthetic very well and is being kept in on a drip overnight. Will keep you posted and hope he is feeling much better tomorrow so we can have him back.

Just realised that when ever I write anything it's about the pesky number2 Ruby!! So thought I would update about our Golden Girlie Goldie, she is the loveliest grey EVER, well in our eyes!, quiet, calm, snuggly, munchy and generally all round golden girl!! She is still a mega food monster but little sis Ruby is not far behind! She spent quite a lot of time just looking at Ruby's mad antic's when she came home n hopin I'm sure that she would be returned but has now decided that she will join in, so twice a day we have COMPLETE madness, they charge up n downstairs, toys, shoes and anything else they can find, gets flung around, heaven help you if you are in the way, oh n best bit is leaping on bed with mum in it!! She then has a shake, looks at Ruby n goes and lie's down! Still fab on the lead and now so much beta with other dogs, Mad Ruby has certainly helped there, loves her walks and today put her little tootsies into the river, lovely. So 6months down the line, we're still madly in love with our Golden Girl,can't imagine it being any other way, I think she might just be in love with us! Golden Girl we love you!! Mum, Dad, Matt,Marsh and the MAD little sis Ruby xxxx

Ruth , Ive just emailed a couple of Pics , Hope you can put them on the website. Ive actually been a bit emotional about how she seems to have made herself at home so quickly , shes a beautiful little dot and her coat and condition has greatly improved over the few weeks since I first met her and that she has been In Daybreaks Yesterday she was jumping on the kitchen worktop and snarling through her muzzle at Teddy and today , its like shes been here forever , Teddy is just wandering around and barking at the traffic as normal , Still , The words of you all ring in my head and she might be great in the house and garden , but Im not going to say Im not taking risks when I take her out for the first time tomorrow , more that , Im going to be a responsible dog owner and Muzzle her and be very cautious I've had a massive cry today , probably a combination of losing one dog and seeing another seemingly so happy and settled in less than one day , Still Im sure she will bring on a few surprises so I cant get too complacent just yet !

Met Rosie at Daybreaks this afternoon when we dropped in with the collection from Notcutts. She is so sweet and absolutely loves her fuss! I was quite taken with her....but as we already have our hands/house/car full with 2 beautiful black girls already....I just hope someone falls in love with this little lady very soon xx
