This little boy is just one scrummy greyhound. He had just arrived at the kennels when I met him and totally adored being the centre of attention,he loved cuddles,being groomed ,bathed and walked.He is wonderful after all the fuss he settled down on his bed and snuggled up with the cuddly toy he brought from kennels.I cant see him being at Day Breaks very long. only wish I could persuade hubby to have another dog.

Took Stevie for a walk yesterday,he is one happy hound,he walks like a dream and never stops wagging his tail.He loved being groomed and has a lovely shinny coat.He is very friendly and loved the company.He also passed his cat test ,he is going to make a wonderful pet for someone.

Love the ears - such a "What? You're taking me out? No? Oh you have a treat for me?" face. Ha! Roxy pulls this one, it normally continues with her following me around in case I wanted to tell her again that I have a treat/ walk planned! xx

Hi Pippa fans, just to keep you up to date, Pippa has now put on 2 kilos and is an absolute sweetheart, sitting and giving her paw when she wants a treat and greeting us every morning with a very waggy tail. She still needs to gain a lot of weight and muscle mass and this may take a while but at least she is now on that road. Now is the time to concentrate on her future and put her past behind her, we can't do anything about her past but we can certainly do something about her future.

Sadly the people who reserved Char have now decided not to adopt. This is a wise choice, as thought has gone into their decision and it is best decided before adopting, but I am equally gutted that Char has missed out the chance of being picked over the last few weeks. I feel so sorry for him especially when he has been used to home life and hope he gets chosen again soon.
