well joey is just sleeping on the floor in front of our feet, he doesn't like his bed at the moment and has had 2 wees in the front room but on the postive side he has had 1 big walk of 45 minutes and eaten all of his dinner.

this is just too heartbreaking and there is never any excuse for this sort of cruelty and neglect thankfully she is in good kind and loving hands now at her 'auntie Jill's' and hopefully with time she will heal both in body and in spirit although that still seems to be intact by all accounts. good luck Pippa and lots of very gentle cuddles xxxx

Pippa is settling in really well and has already gained 3 kilos, it's early days for this gorgeous girl, not only does she need to put on weight but also her sores need to heal. She is so affectionate and I can assure everyone that she is getting lots of cuddles. Sorry Fi was up at kennels this morning, she will be at kennels on Monday when I come up.

I cannot see the keyboard keys through my tears and cannot comment further as it would not be printable. My only hope now is that her previous owners get what is coming to them fast and that this beautiful girl gets the life she so deserves. I wish I could have her xx

we brought Sally home this morning and she seems to have settled really well into the home. She has a habbit of following us everywhere and hoarding shoes (and anything else she can find)! Really loves the toys we have got her and we're already finding them hidden around the house!

He reminds me of my blue boy, Jack, it took him ages to settle into home life, even with 2 other dogs with him. It was a week before he'd make eye contact with me, and at least a month before he'd make eye contact with my husband. Comparing him to Buddy and Penny, I would say after about 6 months he was fully settled and his true personality could be seen. I guess each dog takes different ammounts of time, patience and understanding to settle into the alien world that is home life...the right home is out there for Blue, as is the right dog for toryb xxxx

Yrs, I will add to what my husband said, he is an amazing dog however I just think our home with three young children was just too much for him. Be happy sweet boy, we love you but had to do what's best for you xxxxxxxxx

Blue sadly has been returned because of his nervous disposition his owner tells us. He told us 'Blue is a fabulous dog which would ideally be rehomed with another grey as he lacks confidence'. We hope he finds a home very soon......

Would like to keep you posted on Lily. Well she is amazing has settled so well she is a great dog we love her so much. Thankyou to daybreaks for letting us have her. The mess in the house has stopped fingers crossed. We have learnt her routine and can figure out what she will do. We have brought a throw so she can enjoy lying on the seettee with us. Mind you she pushes Tessa out the way. Just loving every minute of her. I have heard nothing about Layla hope she is well
