i met this amazing girl on monday, she is so amazing, i cant believe how forgiving and loving she is towards people. she can sit and give her paw, and she loves treats. first thing i did when i got home was tell my mum about her and i burst out crying. shes the most beautiful, prettiest grey i have ever seen, im so happy that daybreaks have saved her life, shes going to get all the love in the world now, no one is going to hurt her again. love you lots pippa xxxxxxxxx

She looks just lovely! I am in the process of persuading the hubby to have another so that our grey Percy has got a friend! I am going to ask our neighbour Heather who has 4 greys, to let me borrow two to see if I can get them both in the car! if I can then I reckon we may be good to go! x

I think Stevie looks a beautiful dog and I am coming tomorrow to introduce myself to him. I have a lovely enclosed garden and live 5 mins from Sheldon Country Park. I am also an experienced dog owner. I have a cat, but that shouldn't be a problem. Can't wait to meet Stevie. Wonder what he'll think of me???

Took bonny to the vets today as she was due her injections but was told she has kennel cough so she is on antibiotics and has to go back in 2 weeks for a check up and if ok then have her injections. So sadly can't take bonny to the arrow valley walk on sunday and bonny's play mate will have to wait till the vet says is she is fit and well. By the way Ruth the vets that i take bonny too (Acorns vet practice in studly) knows of you and thinks everybody at rgt perry barr do fantastic work. I could not agree more!!!!!

Just to let you all know that Harley (re named Kara) has settled in her new home really well, she has lots and lots of cuddles, shes such a beautiful girl and responds well to her new name, she has got a few toys she likes to throw around. Thanks to you we have a wonderful dog which we all love very much.

Stevie is very aptly named as he does spread a lot of sunshine with his gorgeous personality, he is a total love sponge and he will let you cuddle him forever, so loving and sweet....and he is ok with cats...surely that must be the best news ever 🙂 xxx

how is my favourite boy today? he is such a love and so brilliant in the house, you don't even know that he is there, bless him, he walks very nicely on the lead but if he sees something small and fluffy he does become very lively however with a some training and patience and maybe another quiet greyhound companion who will show him the ropes that will be sorted in no time....please someone offer Ronnie a home, he is so worth it and he will repay you with so much love 🙂 xxxx miss you Ronster , big hugs xxxx

Another big boy who loves being with people,walks brilliantly on the lead,very cuddly and affectionate and loves being groomed.He will be a joy to have as a pet.

This little boy is just one scrummy greyhound. He had just arrived at the kennels when I met him and totally adored being the centre of attention,he loved cuddles,being groomed ,bathed and walked.He is wonderful after all the fuss he settled down on his bed and snuggled up with the cuddly toy he brought from kennels.I cant see him being at Day Breaks very long. only wish I could persuade hubby to have another dog.

Took Stevie for a walk yesterday,he is one happy hound,he walks like a dream and never stops wagging his tail.He loved being groomed and has a lovely shinny coat.He is very friendly and loved the company.He also passed his cat test ,he is going to make a wonderful pet for someone.

Love the ears - such a "What? You're taking me out? No? Oh you have a treat for me?" face. Ha! Roxy pulls this one, it normally continues with her following me around in case I wanted to tell her again that I have a treat/ walk planned! xx
