He is such a clever boy. Round the park, even less pauses, just when dogs went passed. Once they had gone passed he moved on of his own accord and was rewarded with praise and a small treat. Greys are so clever. He wagged his tail on the walk and ears were up and interested. No problem in the house, well mannered lol What more can I say xxxx

Hi Em, I had to laugh at the thought of you carrying Sadie home from the park! Poor girl, wasp stings are not nice. I hope it wasn't too far to walk....still a good bit of weight training I guess! Kate x

    I’m Homed

Tara has been stopping at our house and had quite a few teeth removed on Friday. She is doing well and Lorna, one of our lovely volunteers has offered to foster her until she finds a home. She is so very sweet but would enjoy the company of other dogs and not be an only pet. She is house trained and so very good.......

Sooo proud of Lachy, all the way round Blackroot Pool (45 mins), occassional pause (small yappy fluffy, cyclist and loud noise) but lasted seconds rather than minutes, loads of encouragement, praise (few treats) and soon on his way again, even managed a light uphill run at the end. Such a star xxxxx Straight to the sofa for a snooze...might join him lol xxx

Just a quick update on Ellie (not that this is a cat site!!). She has been back to vets today as seemed very dull & unhappy - not as bright as she was when she came home on Monday. After more bloods & x-rays, & under anaesthetic, the vet discovered an infected puncture wound & a rupture. She had surgery to repair & clean the wounds & is now doing well again - back on fluids & now on antibiotics. Fingers crossed we have it under control now. XX

Ha ha, what a drama queen! I've got one of those too - Sadie once got a wasp sting on her thigh - she screamed the place down and I had to carry her all the way home from the park! At less than 25kg I'd always considered her petite but I soon changed my mind after that endurance event! Em x
