Connor is being returned on Sunday sadly. The new owners are having issues with him pulling on the lead.

Rosie has gone out on trial today to see how she gets on with Jet, who can be a litle nervous. Fingers crossed that this works out as Rosie will be a very lucky girl if she can be homed with this family.

Thank you for your advice - that is very helpful and useful to know. I definitely think now that when the time comes we'll bring Mia across and keep an open mind with regards to boys or girls and let Mia make the final decision!! She's pretty easy to get on with I think : )Thank you again xx

Poor Tippy is being returned tomorrow..... She apparently has been nipping at the children but sadly her owner who is expecting another baby has declined our offer of help with this problem.

Hi Mandy, I will try to explain...... Berry was returned for the first time due to her owner having a son with special needs and finding it hard to have a dog as well. The second time she was returned again because the family were also having difficulties in keeping her. Her last owner had health problems but also said she had been messing in the house. Nesta (Suzie Bluebells owner) kindly took her for a few days to help Berry and in this time found her gentle on the lead, not bothered by squirrels etc at the park although a little stressed at night (quite understandable). I have had to leave Berry at the kennels tonight in the big run but I have just come back from checking on her and she is settled with Tommy and Mel who are also stopping at the kennels tonight. She unfortunately has been unlucky in finding her forever home just yet but I believe in fate and the right home is out there for her - it is just a matter of Daybreaks helping her to find it x
