Hi We are here again to let all know, Mindy was at the Vets again today, with another problem to her poorly leg, Vet has given her an injection & another visit tomorrow (thurs) but having said this she is eating a hell of a lot better on the new tablets, shooting up stairs on occasions, and walkies is another thing. Had a weigh in today & Maiz is now 28.2 kg!! She was only 24kg in Oct when she was rescued. What a clever girl. She is so much stronger now, although we do have our wibbly wobbly moments! She forgets she is 12 & rickety, and tries to do what all the others do. Bless her, she has some fighting spirit & so much love to give. Big kisses to auntie Ruth. We will come and see you soon, we promise! XXX

Following Dill being neutered we went to the vets last night to have her stiches removed. Unfortunatley they could only remove a few has she has an infection. They gave her an antibiotic injection and we have some tablets to give her. We are due back on friday so hopefully she can have the rest of her stiches out then. Fingers crossed. XXX

Hiya If you or someone can organise coming to training on Saturday morning we have at least four lurchers from Millie (whippet size) to my Charlie (big greyhound size and hairy) plus the glorious Logan (Lab size and Lab/Beardie Cross so fabulously fluffy) so you could start with bigger fluffies 🙂 If anyone is interested in rehoming her and wants to bring her before deciding that's fine .. just let me know 🙂 J xx

I am going to start some serious training with Penny from today with socialisation. If anyone has a small fluffy dog - or even a dog of any other breed to a grey and they are able to bring to the kennels - I need you..... The more exposure to different breeds, the better. At the time I walk my hounds there are no other dogs in the park so she is not getting the socialisation she needs. She is the most wonderful girl in the house - I love her dearly but finances will not allow me to adopt another (6 is plenty already!) She is great with my greys and doesn't react if Ellie May grumbles at her. She loves to lay in her armchair and is totally housetrained. If anyone has room for a fun-loving little girl - please please come forward xxx

Elle spent the whole day yesterday in the kitchen with my Charlie n was great, just one little growling moment. She wil come gud n deserves a gud forever retirement home. N I think she cud live with other dogs but cud very happily live as an only spoilt dog. I think she's great. X
