Iris has had a lovely day on Brean Sands today with Bobby, Rocky and Foxy! and of course me, Julia and Becky. The sun shone and we walked for ages, sadly we couldn't get her an ice cream as nowhere was open but I made her a pilchard cake to make up for it. She is now curled up on the sofa waiting for me to take her back to aunty Ruths.

Iris sweetheart, I have just read the news. How unfair, that you can finally have a happy home and this. Ruth you must be heartbroken (I feel heatbroken just reading about her), but you are giving her the best week any dog could ever have. Iris you have the best time this week, and when you go over to Rainbow Bridge there will be lots of friends waiting to greet you. God bless you sweetheart xxxxxx

just look at her sweet little face on the sofa with a smile on it, dreaming of all the wonderful runs she will have this week and the beach she will be at tomorrow, my heart is breaking as i am writing this and i am just glad that she is at Daybreaks instead of some place where they don't care.
