Leo is back at the kennels after being fostered for the weekend. We are desperate to see Leo go to his forever home. He has been in and out of foster homes for several months. We had the pleasure of meeting Socks when she was looking for a home, I remember I fell in love with her and wanted to smuggle her out with me. Just devastated to read that she has gained her wings, our thoughts are with her family, sleep tight little Socks xxxxxx

Maddie (Flower)

The very pretty flower came for a walk with me to Elmdon Park today. She's such a happy little girl. She bounced out of her kennel and couldn't wait to get going on her walk. Her tail is constantly wagging and her enthusiasm is infectious. Once we were in the park, it wasn't long until she met her first non grey. She was quite reactive to this dog, but settled right down after expressing her disapproval of him! We went on to meet dogs of all different sizes and she didn't bat an eyelid. We followed some chihuahua sized dogs, walked past Yorkies and met a Jack Russell. There was no lunging or any other undesirable behaviour. Well done Flower! With such a bubbly character, I'm sure she will capture someone's heart very soon xx

Miles (Hagar)

Came to visit and spend some time with Hagar today so the rest of the family could meet him. We took him for a lovely walk and they are all as in love with him as I was last weekend. He's so chilled out and didn't seem phased by my 3 crazy kids. Can't wait to bring him to his forever home next Saturday. Thank you Daybreaks xxxx

Topsy
I’m Homed
I just met the beautiful Topsy with my little Italian greyhound and her big brother Zeus. I must say Topsy was so well behaved and just wanted to play with our big dog but I think she was a little bit unsure of Purdy who was barking at her constantly. I think Purdy was jealous because Topsy is such a beautiful girl and her and Zeus were having fun together. I do hope Topsy finds her forever home soon because she really deserves one x

The lovely Topsy has a dangerous tail - it goes round like mad and delivers whiplash!!! This lovely lady is so sweet and would love to be out in a home as she is not terribly keen on kennel life. Big cuddles today poppet. xx

Well, when we opened up this morning there had been an explosion in Flowers kennel - white duvet stuffing everywhere!!! This young lady is a delight - a bundle of energy who just needs to be out of a kennel and in an active home where she can have fun and play, until it's time to snooze!! She responds well and is desperate to please, I really think she would enjoy training - let's hope she is next to find her forever home. Cuddles for you Miss Livewire! xx

So today we made the trip to officially adopt Minnie the Minx, wasn’t not really going to happen! She’s an absolute loon who we all love well Good old Gold shouts at her every so often but the W we knew that would happen. Molly Moo thinks she’s ok, we re hoping that some of the extrovert will pass onto our little introvert. A huge thank you to all at daybreaks for trusting us with another gorgeous hound. Ruby Roo will be looking down rolling her eyeballs at the carnage!
