Brook
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Thank you Kaiahsdad for taking on my baby Brook. I guess Brook is used to getting up with me in the mornings but I'm sure his morning roll-call will get later and later as he settles into a different routine. Thank you so much for making his life more exciting and varied for him and I am so glad he was able to help with the fund raising. I bet he enjoyed the squirrel spotting as that is his favourite kind of outing. He is a very special dog and I'm so pleased that he has found a wonderful home with his new sister. Thank you again.

Mindy
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Good news Kate with Twiggy, as for our girls one would think they have have always been with us, they get on so well but of course Mindy is top dog and keeps the other two in order. Mindy's off to the vet's in the next few day's for another check on her corns, they go on for ever although we seen to be getting near to the end of the problem for the moment. Sylv xxx

Hi Sylv - Twiggy's vet was on holiday this week, so we have postponed her visit until this Saturday. She is doing great at the moment, no night time accidents and back to her normal bouncy self. So I am hoping this will be her last visit to the vet for a while! How are all your beautiful hounds? Kate x

This little girl is being returned today. One of the children in the family fell backwards, whilst sitting on a large chair, onto her. She unfortunately bit the child as she was understandably hurt and very very frightened. Since then she has been very unsettled with the children around her.

Kite
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Hi All, Thank you so much for your kind words. Kite deffinitely took a bit of my heart with him. Such a gorgeous, lovely affectionate boy. He is great on a lead, brilliant at his toilets, loves snuggling up in bed at night and on the sofa. Good Luck in finding a home where you will be an only child and I hope your new owners realise how lucky they will be to have you. Love you pup xxxxxx

Brook
Over the Rainbow Bridge
Really pleased to read that Brook has settled in so well. His previous brother Joker is doing fantastically well. It's as if he's always been around - and always so happy and bouncy with his new brother and sisters (that's when he's not asleep on the sofa or bed!). He's now mastered the stairs as well with much pride!

to you both, sometimes it just does not work out as we expect it to and some dogs want to be only dogs as against pack dogs as seems the case with Kite, it was so lovely of you to want to give them both a home so please don't feel bad, Kite is a beautiful boy and he will find a home where he can be king pin and at last Rolo has got his own mum and dad to adore him all to himself and he surely does deserve the best. kind regards Ina and her boys. xxxx

Hi Rich and Manda - dont feel bad, you gave Kite a chance and thats what matters. He will soon be homed and the fact that prospective owners know that he should be an only boy will be valuable info. I know how you feel, we tried to home a couple of beautiful boys before we settled on our Baby, and sadly they didnt work out. Ruth will soon rehome Kite - he's too gorgeous to be there long! And Rolo will have double love now!! With best regards Donna xxxx

Kite

I collected Kite today as he was very unsettled in his new home & clearly didn't want to share his new mum and dad with Rolo. He will be a fantastic pet for someone who will adopt him as 'an only child'. His owners are distraught at returning him. With time Kite would have settled but his care was going to be shared with 'granny & grandad' during the day while his owners were at work and it was decided that this responsibilty would be too much for them.
