along with mindy cracker has to be one of my fav,s- i have 2 greys and my male rumble is a very lrge boy who came via ruth- he was and still is a lunatic but so soft and loving- he also only has a few teeth and when he first came to us had never lived in a home. he thought our cats were real sport and he would use my kitchen floor as a toilet- yet in jst 1 month he was an absolute angel- ruth big boys are always best, and as i also have a black grey i would say they are also complete gems- come on people snatch this boy up or else i might have to try and talk hubby into no 3.

Yes she is a lovely girl and she got on great with Guinny, I should imagine she would be great in a home who had other greys too. Shame it can't be ours, but 2 is enough at the moment. I look forward to seeing the reserved sign go up soon.x.

That reminds me a little bit of Sadie when we first had her. She started slowing down then eventually she would just stop dead in her tracks. I expect it was all a bit overwhelming for her, and I can't say what we did to help her, but it just suddenly started being alright again. I don't know if it helps, but I am always nattering away to the dogs when we go out for a walk, so maybe chatting along to her will help set her at ease? Em x

Its is lovely to hear that Max has had a good first night with his new family, please give him a love from me.. I had no doubts in my mind that he was a lovely boy but just didnt seem to bond with my Lydia, may be she just likes being the queen in her castle!. Good luck Max you deserve a lot of love x

How lovely!! My neighbours regularly see me (and my dainty girl Molly) being pulled behind my 35kg Reggie when he decides he wants to sniff a tree etc. Ill swop you, (only joking) or maybe?? No love him too much!! lol xx

If I was on the lookout for a new grey (and I'm not because even I realise there's no more room at this inn!) Milo would be the boy for me. We had a lovely cuddle yesterday and he was so gentle and affectionate. Not pushy at all, just happy to receive a bit of love and attention. Please go up and see for yourself, you'll be rewarded by a truly lovely boy. Em x

I guarantee this boy will not be hanging around the kennels for long - such a happy friendly boy with beautiful colouring and the most gorgeous 'give me a home' eyes that pierce your heart! Em x

I managed to pop in yesterday and had a lovely cuddle from this beautiful girlie - she's soooo sweet! When I was tickling her neck, her head got lower and lower until it was on the floor, and when I stopped she lifted her paw up to beg me to carry on - awwwww! Em x

Oh, we've just had a lovely walk! Kiera kept up the whole time, no worries. I think maybe she was just exhausted from all the excitement of the previous day - what with moving from trainer, to kennel, to cat test and then to home and new family. It's hardly any wonder really is it?! Good girl - you are doing so well. Waggie tails all round. XX

Max was very quiet & unsure when he arrived home with Peg & I yesterday. We gave him lots of fuss whenever he came to us.He ate most of his dinner & settled down for the night well. No problems overnight,he was really good. This morning after they'd had their breakfast, him & Peg had a mad 5 minutes together. They were running around chasing each other having great fun. It bought a tear to my eye watching Max with his tail wagging , enjoying himself so much. They're both flaked out now, Max is lying next to me on one settee & Peg is on the other one. We're off for a walk in a little while if I can prise them both up.

We are really doing well and we are so thrilled. Kiera (as she is now known) has really settled into home life well. Just one little prob so far - she is a bit of a reluctant walker! She is keen to go and starts off fine, but just a little way up the road, starts to lag behind the other two and we have to keep on encouraging her to catch up!! Its not that she's not walking, just dead slow!! Any tips please anyone? Otherwise we are doing great! 😀 XX

If we were lucky enough to win the lottery we would go along and adpot Magic as we think he looks so lovely we love his picture with the other greyhounds looking on. He looks like a really happy chap and reminds us of our James. We do hope he finds another home very soon. Alison, Richard, Rose and James

Mindy has been with us for such a long time now and at her age she really does deserve a home of her own. Mary and Martin are doing such a great job fostering her and she is now a fully house trained couch potato who has the sweetest grey face and she really loves to cuddle up to you. someone out there give her a chance, she will be such a wonderful girl to own. Ina x
